Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

Any previous cases of similar nature ??? anyone can help me out a bit ??

my application received date:18th July 2014 NOC1112. Cant let my application be rejected....

You can also send a scanned copy of the new payment form as an attachment and include also you nationality. Good luck, I've seen someone else earlier on this forum who did the same thing and got through. You can refer to page 5577 of this thread for details. I too had to send a new payment form as I had an issue with the bank, thankfully my original payment went through on first attempt so they never had to use the new payment form. However I've definitely seen persons here send new forms and got through. All the best!

My reasoning is simple that due to RBI Guidelines my Credit Card has been updated ....
In my case there were errors related to wrong information accidently put in application and I forgot to sign at one place. So I had no more reasoning but a decent request letter was given. They accepted it.. Your case is very genuine they will take it no worries. They are more helpful than we think.. Best luck..

Thanks for your positive words man .... I'm just worried as my application received date is closing in on charging .... hence the anxiety

Don't panic. Get in touch with robsmann and SonOfOdin, both of whom had new CC details sent and then successfully charged. Confirm what all they mentioned. Though what you have planned is already exhaustive, still confirming would ensure you are not missing anything.

FBI PCC

Hi,

somebody Please help me.

I am applying for FBI PCC. Me and my wife are the applicants .

1 ) Do we need to include separate standard application form(Given in FBI site) for me and my wife ?

2) Do we need to prepare a separate written request letter for FBI background varification signed by both of us?

3) My wife is not having Social security no . Will that be an issue?

You will get it soon! All the hurdles are over for you, when there is a 3rd line on Ecas and DD been encashed. :)

Deyka, I don't think a simple typo in an address field will disqualify you. Congratulations on having a baby. It wouldn't hurt to send them updated address information along with the baby's documents.

1. Go to CIC disgnated doctor and complete the medical examination
2. pay the RPRF fees via link provided by local VO.

Please advise if I am missing any steps here.

Too early, they are still in late June. Sit tight for another month, maybe more.

You only need a copy, not the original. As long as they have a copy you are fine.
