I must have missed the part where they reported back with success. So if that's the case, it wouldn't hurt to try. Agreed.

There have been cases reported on this forum where applicant sent additional documentation and it was added to the original application.

But would agree that whether this happened for everyone who sent an addendum is still a question.
So, in this case, it is a good suggestion to give it a try and hope for the best either ways!!

does anyone know how to provide evidence like this?

proof of full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court?

Although some folks here will tell you (with best intentions) that you can send additional documentation after sending your application, the fact remains that you cannot. There is no way for them to track your packet and add the additional documentation to it. So, hold your ground and hope for the best. They may look at your copies and give you PER, and a VO may ask you for additional documentation later.

Friend Sandeep, I would like to correct something here. I applied on 14 may where i missed few docs. I sent it seperately, they accepted it. now how do i know this? it is because my aplication was returned as I forgot to sign one doc. when i received my couried they arranged all docs (docs sent afterwards too included). not only that they removed unnecessary docs. SO YOU CAN SEND DOCS AFTERWARDS.. NO HARM.. I am live case on this..

CIC did not give points in my work experience... But I thought I was entitled to the full points...

I still want to apply in dec? Will it be late.... Is it worth re applying ???

Was all the exp not related to same NOC?
Was it not full time employment.

Can you share the details. I have claimed full points on exp as I have 6 years and 3 months with same NOC but 4 diff employers.

Hi,
I have some inquiries and I hope someone could help me. I sent my application on 25th of June and it had been refused and returned back to me on 13th of October because I forgot to send the dependants' birth certificates. However, I am planning to file another application. My first inquiry is about my opportunity to be accepted after resubmitting a new application. Second, my bank statement is dated by 16th June. Do I need to issue a new one or the old one is still valid?

how did you receive you returned package? by courier? as most seniors say, returned package should be via canada post regular mail.
one more question, where are you residing? outside of canada or inside? how long does it take to get back the package? can you pls be so kind to share this if it is possible? thank you so much.

Its only applicable when both of the parents are not included in the application (usually because of the divorce). In such cases, divorce agreement or court order is required, which has granted full custody to the parent (either principal applicant or dependent) included in the application.

I claimed for full point from my work exp... But CIC has indicated that my job responsibilities don't match with my 1st job... So now I'm short of 2 points n that lead to returned application.. NOC 2281...

Now I hv to re do Ielts as I score only 19 points...

May be because it takes longer for Ottawa to verify your background information from Egypt? I think it makes sense. If from North America, the background investigation might take a shorter time since Ottawa has jurisdiction over applications from these regions.

Egypt applications in CPC-Ottawa...

I got my PER on 13th of Aug which till now is 62 days ago with no further progress!
I sent an email to CPC-Ottawa and they replied that my application processing time is with in "regulatory timeline"!

I did some analysis on the forum SS and found something very interesting, almost all (not all) of Egypt applications are suffering as me, other applications processed from CPC-Ottawa are processed much faster, as if CPC-Ottawa are keeping Egypt applications for late processing.....
Any one skeptical about this, can go and filter the SS by CPC-Ottawa and Cairo VO and see.

Any idea why this is happening?

would you pls inform us exactly how & to whom you sent additinional documents which were successffuly added to your file?

body of letter, address etc etc
