I claimed for full point from my work exp... But CIC has indicated that my job responsibilities don't match with my 1st job... So now I'm short of 2 points n that lead to returned application.. NOC 2281...

Now I hv to re do Ielts as I score only 19 points...

Dammm. Now that's scary same NOC I have applied . Can you message me what roles n responsibilities u mentioned with the first job? It would be really helpful.

how did you receive you returned package? by courier? as most seniors say, returned package should be via canada post regular mail.
one more question, where are you residing? outside of canada or inside? how long does it take to get back the package? can you pls be so kind to share this if it is possible? thank you so much.

1) It came by normal post on 24 september 2014
2) I am residing in interior parts of India so it takes time.

What I believe is, NDVO is waiting for Diwali to produce PPR

They want to make the next step a grand celebration for us.

I need your views on my experience below:
I started my banking career as a Funds Transfer Officer for about a 1 yr nd 2 months and I was uplifted to the position of Cash Officer (Bank Teller/Clerk Supervisor) and Service Leader(relief) for 3 yrs 4 months. Will my experience as Funds Transfer Officer be recorgnised under NOC 1212 bcos Funds Transfer Officer (not Funds Transfer Teller/Clerk) is a prerequisite function required to function as as Cash Officer(Bank Teller Supervisor) & Service Manager (Bank Operation Team Supervosor).

According to CIC NOC 2011, will cic consider d Surpvisors in this dunit perform some or all of this duties:

Among other duties which involve d last one on the list above, will this last duty cover the Funds Transfer functions? I need your advice bcos my point is 67 on the dot.

My husband is taking the IELTS for the second time, he got a 5.5 on the writing module. Could you guys tell me some of the titles you got on the writing exam, so he can have an idea of the kinds of things they ask you to write about.

I sent documents to CIC nova scotia same address which is for application. One thing I would like to mention here is that I put my full case with lot of respect to officer (Which i do have always) and giving proper reason. In my case I mentioned that I am trying since 2010 which is fact.. so a good letter with good reasoning helps..

i think sending additional documents can not be guaranteed that they will be added to the original package. as i recall, many cases here in this forum shared their experiences like they did send additional documents, but package still got returned, so it is really up to luck as to who received your additional package, whether he's willing to find your original package and open them both to add your additional stuff. and i also called CIC, those agents said that they cannot guarantee additional documents can be added, since they deal with huge amount of applications everyday, and they have no procedure to execute such request from applicants. but, since there are successful cases reported here, why not just give it a try. personally, i believe the best way is to send a second application if you think it will still be in the cap and you have all the documents which is what i'm planning to do.
