1. NDVO is not sending out AOR for 2014 applicants

2. Send case specific enquiry to NDVO using link below to update them on this

Hi All,

2. When I filled my application I was working. Recently I left my job and not working right now. Kindly guide me in which address I send my experience letter to CIC.

Thanks for Sharing Amit.

Currently it seems that they are in hibernation mode. Can you please have a look at the office and is there anyone working there ?

If by luck you see anyone can you ask how they select a file for MR is it by trowing files in air and the one that land's on desk will be processed first or do they just close their eyes and pick one from the bunch no mater which date or NOC. :P

I agree to that Amit...
@ D_App - good sense of humour

NOC : 2171
App received : 13 June
CC Charged : 1 Oct
PER : NOT RECEIVED :(

I See a lot of activity past 13 June.
Per the spreadsheet I'm the last one for CC charged 1 Oct , yet to receive PER.

Have been checking ECAS with my OLD UCI number. Below is the message
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"
(Originally I was a 5 May application, returned it on 13 June).

What's the average to receive a PER after CC is charged.

I also want to know the working timings of cic.

8 am to 4 pm local time

Most folks who had their CCs charged got their PERs, some sooner than others. So, hang tight and be positive. Since your CC was already charged, there's a great chance that you will get your PER soon.

Tameromor,
Although some folks here will tell you (with best intentions) that you can send additional documentation after sending your application, the fact remains that you cannot. There is no way for them to track your packet and add the additional documentation to it. So, hold your ground and hope for the best. They may look at your copies and give you PER, and a VO may ask you for additional documentation later.

Good Luck.

Apparently, it is possible to send additional documentation and CIC will add it to your application.

I am a 10th Oct. applicant , I only sent a certified English translation of birth certificates without originals and without copy of originals of my native language , How can I send them these originals (what is the data required to be printed to enable them recognize my file ) , because I do not have UCI number .

Sorry to hear that. Just curious, did you miscalculate your points? Or did CIC not give you some credit you thought you would receive?

CIC did not give points in my work experience... But I thought I was entitled to the full points...

I still want to apply in dec? Will it be late.... Is it worth re applying ???

sundeep_s,
There have been cases reported on this forum where applicant sent additional documentation and it was added to the original application.

But would agree that whether this happened for everyone who sent an addendum is still a question.
So, in this case, it is a good suggestion to give it a try and hope for the best either ways!!
