Can you please tell, from where you have applied? and what the date was mentioned on the rejection letter....So that other form member can get the idea that currently CIC is working on which date for review checking?

Your NOC 3142 is not hot and certainly you will meet up.
WES will have your details and as such it will be easy and will not take time to get another ECA report.
All you need is to approach WES and ensure the evaluation date is within this year by explaining your
circumstance to them.
Please when was the exact date you submitted your application in July?

Please advise. I am 4 sep 2014 applicant for noc 2171. My date of birth is 18 Dec 1978 and my wife's date of birth is 05 June 1980. I have submitted copy of my and my wife's birthday certificate with application. However we don't have our names on birth certificate but parents names are mentioned on respective birth certificates. Hope this is fine. Please advise.

In case you have submitted 10th certficate and it has your name.DOB,parent/parents name ,you are ok.CIC accepts 10th pass certificate with the information as proof of birth.

Hello seniors. A friend of mine is applying for 3111 as a specialist physician (doctor). The issue is that he only does private practice and has been doing so for about 10 years now. What kind of proof of experience can he give. I read that letters from his patients detailing services rendered and amount charged will be needed
Anybody have a rough estimate of how that letter should be written? Also will any ID documents be required from the patients who give such a letter. And in total how many such letters should ideally be attached with the application?

I personally have little idea about this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also shown the private clinical experience. For this I have attached the patient's reference letter (3 patients), moreover we have taken these from those who are doctor and business person. So that they can provide this on their letter pad which looks more authentic. We have also attached the payment receipt to these reference letter. In addition we have provided the two hospital reference letter mentioning that they know my clinic and they refer their patient to our clinic if required. Moreover we have attached (optional) self declaration letter, shop establishment certificate, professional tax receipts, clinic photographs, rent agreement of my clinic..

1. I have lived in Sweden many times but never more than 6 months in a stretch. But I have been asked to get PCC from Sweden. Does anyone obtained PCC from Sweden? if yes, Please help me with the procedures.

2. What are the next steps. I have received Covering letter and IMM1017 for all of us. Where and how should i use this.

3. I have got my daughters passport renewed last week. How should i intimate embassy this information?

Hi

I am currently in Canada, recently completed my Masters and residing in Quebec.
I am looking to apply for FSW under NOC 2241 (Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians) as I do have 13 months of working experience as Radio Frequency Engineer.

I need to know the following.

1. Is it safe to apply for FSW under NOC 2241. And does any one has any idea about the cap for this particular NOC
2. Since I am living in Canada, I have been told by a friend of mine that If I apply for FSW I be getting PNP and not FSW
3. I am residing in Quebec, would it be having any effect on my FSW application. However I don`t wish to stay and live in Quebec once I get my PR

Received MR, PCC and RPRF email few minutes back

SS updated.

They have sent medical form for my 3 year old son too. I thought medical was not needed for child below 18 years. So little confused right now.

Also in medical form for wife, Gender is given as M. How can I get that corrected?

I sent my original PCC along with application package and not for my wife.

In the email, they have not mentioned specifically whose PCC they are requesting.
They have only provided below text related to PCC:

- Please refer to our website to find out how to obtain a police certificate from the country required: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

I am thinking to be on safe side, I send PCC for me again along with wife's.

why are they not mentioned ?

If they are not mentioned due to sound reason , you need to proof your age by other sound documents.

In India name was never mentioned on birth certificate 30 years back. I have sent copy of passport which explains my dob and hence age.

Dear All,

I have query whosoever sent their RPRF fee through Bank DD, Can we make our DD either in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or " Receiver General for Canada ". in Indian rupees (INR) ? :'( :'( :'(

or we stickly should go for "Canadian High commission " only as I am going to pay amount in Indian Rupee (INR).

My question might seems silly but I would appriciate your reply to resolve my silly doubt

Checked the attachment, they have requested PCC from India for spouse. And then in next line again PCC is requested without mentioning for whom.

See below from the attachment PDF:
