Send mail with cover letter and missing document. Include following information in the cover letter
* Surname (last name) - Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document;
* Given name(s) (first name) - Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document;
* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
* Country of birth;
* Complete address (including the postal code). If the residential address is different from the mailing address, please provide both addresses;
* Telephone number. If you have more than one contact number, please provide them all;
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;
* Online application reference number;
* Type of application (work permit, study permit or visitor record,etc);
* Approximate date that the application was submitted.

Need urgent help.
For my wife's application we have sent her Birth certificate but for me I have only sent baptism certificate with her application. I have not submitted my 10th mark sheet since it does not have my parents name printed on it.
Pls advice wat should be done now.
Should I mail CIC with my newly made birth certificate?? What is the process to contact CIC. We don't have a file number yet.
