plz need ur help!!!!

I have applied for FSW2014 on 7th may with NOC 2173 but my application is refused because my spouse IELTS points didn't count. now my spouse have given IELTS and result would be declared on 15th Oct.
till now 392 CAPS filled for 2173

[size=10pt][size=10pt]So can you please suggest is there any chance of getting into CAPS if we apply for 2173 after getting IELTS result???[/size][/size]

I had collected experience letters from my employers for FSW. The employers have given me the same stating my roles and responsibilities, duration of Job and my Designation etc. However, for the hours of work and Full time employment and few other things they said that its mentioned in offer letter... So, I have submitted the experience letter along with the offer letters to suffice the requirements of CIC. Can anyone if that will work?

I have applied using my friends credit card details for application for permanent residence fee and due to some unknown fraudulent activity in his credit card it has been de-activated by the respective bank.The bank has provided new credit card and I am updating with latest credit card information on Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 5620] ..

Please kindly update my new Fee payment Form Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 5620].I am also sending my updated application fee form via courier/mail.

Good Morning

I can find no record of our office having received your submission. It can take upwards of 10 to 12 weeks from the date of receipt by our office for an application to be created.

Then I got another reply from cic on oct 7th as mentioned below


I have forwarded your new payment form to our mail room to be added to your file. Please note: we can make no guarantee that the payment submitted separate from the application will be matched to the application prior to the assessment or return of your application.

Its also mandatory to sent tracking number of your file and also of any new form you are sending which will make their work easy to track

No u cant. You have to wait atleast 3 months to get ur CC/DD charged, then u will get ur PER
