What is a pendency? Does he stand a chance to provide them with such letter so that they reconsider?

Generally files are rejected if job Duties are not mentioned, but if they are considerate and decide to give another chance, they may show this as a pendency and ask your friend for the revised job ref letters. but chances are bleak !!

I am so shattered right now. We had studied for IELTS together, prepared our file & sent them together, I just got my PER today but don't know if I can break this news to him. I wish he would get the PER instead of me. He was so hopeful... wow... I don't know what to do...

I have a question. According to the SS caiweidong0755's CC has been charged today. But He didn't post this here in this thread. How does the SS get updated if he didn't post it. He is June 17th applicant.

Hello all,
My friend has applied for NOC 2174 on June 9. His CC has not yet been charged and CIO has not replied his email about file status.
The only thing that worries him is that the company that he works for has just mentioned his position as Computer Programmer and no job duties.
Is that a problem? Is he rejected or what?

Big mistake i guess... Job description is very imp !

Just hope, CIC reverts back with the pendency rather than a rejection.

Hello Canol and seniors Please help.

I am at the point of reference letter and from the last 15 days i am in confused state as whether should i talk to HR for Reference letter or Leave it as not sure what will be the impact of this on my current Job.
My manager is ready to give me the reference letter on a plain Paper.
Please suggest

1) Whether I will go with My Manager reference letter on a plain paper along with his Visiting Card.
2) Whether The Reference letter on a plain Paper need to be notarized,
3) Thus we have to make an affidavit saying that HR of my company is not giving Reference letter ???(of which i am not sure whether they will provide or not. they will ask a lot of questions and i have to explain it to them then to my senior manager and might be the unit Head which is really a great headache)
4) i also read in the form as we have to mention the Annual Salary thus it is ok if we mention the salary of the last Month only???
5) Also Please suggest as if the resume and Reference letter have same content thus it is ok ????

PLease suggest guys this is the only thing which is creating problem for me and delaying my application
