Hello Canol and seniors Please help.
I am at the point of reference letter and from the last 15 days i am in confused state as whether should i talk to HR for Reference letter or Leave it as not sure what will be the impact of this on my current Job.
My manager is ready to give me the reference letter on a plain Paper.
Please suggest
1) Whether I will go with My Manager reference letter on a plain paper along with his Visiting Card.
2) Whether The Reference letter on a plain Paper need to be notarized,
3) Thus we have to make an affidavit saying that HR of my company is not giving Reference letter ???(of which i am not sure whether they will provide or not. they will ask a lot of questions and i have to explain it to them then to my senior manager and might be the unit Head which is really a great headache)
4) i also read in the form as we have to mention the Annual Salary thus it is ok if we mention the salary of the last Month only???
5) Also Please suggest as if the resume and Reference letter have same content thus it is ok ????
PLease suggest guys this is the only thing which is creating problem for me and delaying my application
