Best option is done through supervisor/immediate manager.
2nd best option is from someone senior of you same department.

If the signatory of your reference letter would like to give affidavit, I think, it is good idea to add it with your reference letter and cover letter.

Hello Century,

What should we have to mention in the affidavit. As the same thing as mentioned in the reference letter or some thing else.

GSW,

I had said WES might not be necessary, as highest degree is done in Canada.

Honestly I am not sure. Hence I had asked Gaganpal to get an opinion from others.
I guess you are the best person on the forum to comment on this :). So what you have mentioned might be true. Probably bachelors WES evaluation might be necessary though masters degree is done in Canada.

Cheers !!
Ya my take would be

He has to get WES for any studies done outside canada

Hello All,

Hope everyone who have got the PER email are partying and those waiting are keeping the hopes up. With time it will come through.

I have an interesting question and would be happy if someone can point me to some document/rules where I can find a solution to my problem.

My wife has applied for FSWP this year and we hope the application gets through (PER received). Myself and our son are part of the application as dependents. NOC is 2174 and visa office is NDVO. Meanwhile I had received an offer for PhD from a University and have accepted the offer. Currently I am in Canada doing PhD. I have two questions on my current position:-

  • We have informed CIO about my study permit. Does it have any influence on our PR application?
  • Spouse of a person on study permit is allowed to get an open work permit. Is it ok for my wife and son to apply for an open work permit and join me here? The PR application generally will take 22 months for processing. The idea is that my family can join me here while the PR application is getting processed. Does applying for an open work permit affect the PR application in any way?

I am confused a bit on this, so any help and ideas or examples of similar cases will really be helpful. Looking forward to replies.

Hi

Can you please guide me to get additional TRF's From British Council

Any Tip to get TRF's and in how many number i can get easily.

What should be the exact reason that convinces them to get additional TRF's

Thanks in advance

Many thanks CanOl

+1 for your answer.

One more question. .

Under status it shows the following:
Completed
Order report
upgrade report.

if I click upgrade report it then give me 3 packages to choose from. One is FSWP.

Can you check if upgrad report options are also available to you or only to me.

Many thanks buddy

It's correct. It shows the following after logging in (under "MY ORDERS")

Service Level: FSWP Credential Assessment

Service : Evaluation - Document by Document (Initial Application)

Cheers !! :)

Hi i am in same boat as you . i also got only pcc request on 8th sept. Ndvo asked me to submit pcc for me and my spouse within 45 days.. Look like they want to make sure our application is complete before they can ask us to do medicals and give us PR. I know many have been asked to submit pcc+ medical but may be after submitting pcc they will directly ask for medical+ passport for visa stamping. Lets hope we get PR soon.

lets see n hope for best. have u submitted your PCC or not ?

Hi guys,

I have a question. I received my MR on 26th September. The Ndvo has asked me for my PCC along with other documents. But my consultant had asked me to send the pcc separately as soon as I got my PER. The pcc was received by NDVO on 15th September. As per my consultant there is no need for me to send the pcc again. But I am confused. What do you guys say? Should I do pcc again and send the new one or just send the photocopy of the earlier pcc?

Thanks.

Hi Experts,

My application reached on 14 July(2173-NDVO) and waiting for CC charge by next month. I would like to know the proceeding after CC charge & PER is received(i hope). Can anyone point me to any useful link describing this?

Also I have not provided PCC with the application. Please advise what would be the best time to start working on PCC?

Any help will be appreciated..

Regards..
