I just completed my First form which was IMM0008 due to your help. I need another help from you that i have just checked the dependent form as i have a spouse and a child. So do i need to fill two forms one for my spouse and one for my child right ?
Secondly the declaration in the dependent form of spouse would be signed by my Spouse and declaration in the dependent form of my child would be signed by me right?
Last but not the least that what shall i write about child highest level of education as he is only 2 years old
Please do tell that shall i leave the answer blank which are not applicable to me or shall i write Not applicable in all those spaces as there are Dates section as well which would be left blank.

Hi,

No need to fill dependent form for your child as he/she is a minor. Fill only for your spouse.

The spouse form will obviously need to be signed by your spouse.

Write NA wherever not applicable.

Dear all,

i have one query .
I have applied under N O C 1113 Stock Broker .My package reached at 18/08/2014 . There are some mistake did by my consultant i am not sure but this is my guess plz suggest .


1. He forget to attach fee payment form 5612 however i send fee by d d 1250 cad. what will be the affect ? Or solution

2.For claiming N O C 1113 as a Stock broker List of docs sent with my files .A registration certificates from my company stating that i am registred with National stock Exchange ,Bombay stock exchange ,Multi commodity exchange(these are the license from Govt of India) ,And another letter from company that I am a Sub broker with Angel Broking Ltd (these are letter by my who has Broker license ( I am Sub Broker as Self Employed .

But for Duties self atteseted on simple A 4 paper . i told him that i need to varify duties from third party My client if my company is not providing my duties letter .He said it is fine what we are Doing. it is clearly mention in docutment checklist that self declarent duties are not valid.( what are the
option now).

3. I showed 31275 cad as settelment fund reqired around 19000 . it is positive point or negative .

4. I only attached B C of My one year Baby for my wife and myself i only attached secondary school certificate showing parents name and D O B is it
ok?
5. how i will come to know that they will count my experience 4 years because i start working from jan but first i will registred with

Just a doubt ..any idea abt MR mail request..some ppl r getting without 2nd line updation in ECAS or much investigation.-but some with same date and time ECAS is updated with second lind and kept waiting.is ths based on any special reason or simply random updation..any idea.. As far as i have understood, they will count your experience of 4 years

Bro have patience. You should wait for some more time as cio have just started charging june applications. Writing them at this point of time will only slow down their work.

It won't slow them down, as incoming mail is processed by CSU agents not case adjudicators. Nor it will clarify anything as they will follow up with a generic answer, so don't bother.

Should not be required in my opinion. The fact that you have done your highest level of education from Canada is proof enough that your lower level education has already been verified at the time of your higher degree.

Even then pls get opinion from others.

My spouse and I are staying is separate countries. There is no space in the form to fill in my spouse address.
How do I mention address?

Please get a certified copy of title deed from Registrar !
It is a simple process, U will get it in three days and will cost you about 100 Rs (Indian)
The certified copy is stamped on each page , That would suffice, Plus if possible the payment recd by
you should be by Cheque or bank transfer.

Thanks a lot. This really helps. Today i Talked to agent also and i also came to know that Certified copy of the Registry can be obtained.
But the party who is buying is not ready to give it now. The agent and party is saying they will give it if Required.
Now the Question is that i am doing the transaction using a Demand Draft and will have the photocopy of the registry on the name of the Buyer.

I am going to send the Bank Balance Certificate in the application as Proof of Fund. So, Certified copy of the registry is required at present or can i get it when required.

please suggest..

I had said WES might not be necessary, as highest degree is done in Canada.

Honestly I am not sure. Hence I had asked Gaganpal to get an opinion from others.
I guess you are the best person on the forum to comment on this . So what you have mentioned might be true. Probably bachelors WES evaluation might be necessary though masters degree is done in Canada.

Have only received PCC request on 23/09 is it normal from NDVO ?

Hi i am in same boat as you . i also got only pcc request on 8th sept. Ndvo asked me to submit pcc for me and my spouse within 45 days.. Look like they want to make sure our application is complete before they can ask us to do medicals and give us PR. I know many have been asked to submit pcc+ medical but may be after submitting pcc they will directly ask for medical+ passport for visa stamping. Lets hope we get PR soon.
