Guys i received my PER email TODAY and i noticed my FIRST NAME is spelled wrong.
My First name is spelled as "BADAJI" funny instead of my actual name "BALAJI".
Request HELP and anyone had similar issues before?

To know whether DD has been encashed, it may take from 1 day to 14 days by your bank. So, you have to wait for that period.

Just think of me - my bank decline to say anything about DD encashment. So I have to wait for PER.

Thanks for the information my friends, i called my bank 2 times in recent 3 days and asked about the encashment of the dd, they kindly answerd me, its from RBC bank

I registered online at british council for the exam. It is chennai centre i believe, hence cant go physically as im not in chennai. mailed them, lets see how they come back.

Is it BC or IDP ? In your previous post you mentioned IDP.

Go to BC IELTS website and you will find their contact details in Chennai / Bangalore.

Fyi to all awaiting FBI PCC. I inquired if they can expedite or if there is any way I can receive my PCC in next 1 month. Unfortunately I could not get any help from there

People in similar situation and experts please comment.
A couple of paths to choose from.
1. Get FBI PCC from approved FBI chaneller who can give PCC within 2 weeks. I did google and read this is not allowed, but those were just random post my people. I wish to take a chance with this option having no choice. As such CIC website does not detail anything further than contacting FBI for PCC. Even if this was rejected by CIC atleast I can buy some time for resubmission.
2. Simple complete Medical, RPRF and local PCC. Then send them along with a cover letter explaining to VO and request for a month extension for FBI PCC submission.
