You must have also got the UCI no. Write to NDVO and ask them to make necessary changes.

No problem. You will still be in CAP. Anyways, don't delay. 2281 will be open until Nov as per my estimates...

Please ensure to include all the docs as per the checklist.

Late definitely, but you should be safe. That's my take. Check with others as well.
