I AM A SINGLE MOM, SO I NEED TO FILL THE IMM 5604 FORM, WHERE MY BABY'S FATHER AGREES THAT I TAKE MY KID WITH ME... THE QUESTION HERE IS, IF HE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH HOW DOES HE SIGNS AND AGREE THE FORM, DO I NEED TO TRANSLATE IT , NOTARIZE IT AND THEN TRANSLATE IT BACK TO ENGLISH?

PLEASE HELP THIS IS THE ONLY DOCUMENT IM MISSING BEFORE SENDING MY APP

He doesn't speak English , but he can sign , right ? (which is required)
As you said he is OK with whole process, all that you have you to do is dictate /translate orally this form to him ( May be in front of his lawyer or friend )

First, congratulations for charging your CC.

Since you are the only 0013 applicant on the SS whose CC was charged, can you please just throw some light on your application and status. We are very worried that the CIO is not processing 0013 the same rate as other NOCs.

Hi seniors,

I have done BCom from bangalore university in 1992 and have somehow lost my 2 years of marksheets (i have only my first years mark sheet with me)i approached the university for transcripts and was told i need to provide copies of all 3 marksheets as they cannot give copies from the university record as all old records are in ledgers and they are under lock n key and cannot be accessed by anyone,they said they can sign my WES academic request form and sign and stamp on the degree certificate copy only.......i am sure that is not acceptable in WES (CIC) for ECA as i understand they need all 3 years mark sheets..ive almost lost hope of getting this sorted as i d not see any way out of this,but i dinot want to yet give up on this, any help/suggestions is appreciated.

Hi I passed in the year 2002 and that time it was all manual. And they also refused to get my duplicate marksheets.but then I somehow managed to find a contact and finally I got my marksheets aswell as transcripts. ..but yes it took me two months to get my marksheets and transcripts. ..so I couldn't apply in may but july....be optimistic and find a way....god will help u...all the best....cheers

Well, yeah. Where I live, houses are the same. I pay almost 2000 for a 1 bedroom apartment!! And I don't like the weather in vancouver anyway, gloomy and rainy all the time. I prefer the Toronto weather. I think for me, the only thing different finance-wise is the insurance in Canada. And I completely agree about the work-life balance!

I am a 16 May LVO applicant having already received PER. For the last two weeks whenever i would check my ECAS status, i would fill my UCI without hyphen sign (-), but today i noticed that when i entered my UCI without hyphen sign, ECAS alerted me to enter it or else it would not move forward, and i was able to see my status after using the hyphen sign,

My question is, can the above instance be considered as an indication that perhaps some online record upation is being done by VO?

It maybe already full. So be prepared to waste the courier charges..BUT STILL APPLY. Who knows, you maybe that 999th applicant. All the best!

guys, just wanna share
my experience..I'm May 26 applicant.. CC charged was yesterday..today I received PER.. I'm so happy and blessed. Just keep on praying for those who haven't received PER or CC/DD charge.. God is good..can anybody tell me whats next??thanks
