Can anyone tell me the eMail id we should inform about the additional document sent. The auto reply of cio-sydney-search-enquiry states " This e-mail box cannot be used to submit additional information/documentation to be added to your application."

Hello Guys

I have requested for transcripts along with the WES academic records request

form from my university, after receiving my transcripts i came to know that

in WES academic records request form "the year of award" was mentioned as

2006 instead of 2005. What can i do now, can i change the year on my own and

send the document to WES for assessment(i am worried it may be a problem) or

do i need to contact my university again for changing the date.

That form is only to make it easy for you to request your transcript from the university. So, as long as your university provides the transcript with the correct date it's not a big deal. You can simply ignore it.

I noticed Visa offices request medicals after a very short time compared to 2013 spreadsheet. I dont just mean CPC Ottawa.

Does this mean this year applicants get their Visa way faster?

After submitting your medicals it cant take that long to get a visa right?

Nothing special. It means CIC has received your application.

i have received my PER on september 5th , now i am looking at vis application status. it shows "In Process".
What does this mean ?

I think it is about a month. However even if it did, ECAS does not seem to be get updated. For e.g. I got my MR obviously after the file transfer, but ECAS was not updated about either. So your file may have got transferred just that you have to wait for a while (i.e. about a week or two) for ECAS to get updated.

Yeh, this year seems to be faster. Even London VO issued passport request.

Guys PLEASE ADVICE.

I AM A SINGLE MOM, SO I NEED TO FILL THE IMM 5604 FORM, WHERE MY BABY'S FATHER AGREES THAT I TAKE MY KID WITH ME... THE QUESTION HERE IS, IF HE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH HOW DOES HE SIGNS AND AGREE THE FORM, DO I NEED TO TRANSLATE IT , NOTARIZE IT AND THEN TRANSLATE IT BACK TO ENGLISH?

PLEASE HELP THIS IS THE ONLY DOCUMENT IM MISSING BEFORE SENDING MY APP

How did you know about this in the first place? This should be included in the envelope with the transcript by the university. The envelope with transcript should be sealed by them and you cannot open it or it won't be official anymore.

Anyways, it is not necessary to send this form to WES.

Your file will be transferred to Visa issuing department along with your COPR. It can take from 2 weeks to 3 months to get PPR. Best Wishes

Thanks for the same. My exam was conducted in a hotel. You mean to say i need to approach the IDP Centre. Will they handover a duplicate copy to me by hand?

My local IDP certified exam center asked me to send a signed prinout of request for additional TRF along with application to CIC (I used Schedule 3), and finally a copy of receipt for additional copy issue fee. I had everything scanned and emailed to their office. The TRF was ready for pickup in three days. Keep in mind that some members of our network here reported issues with IDP freaking out and requesting UPS shipping bill to NS.

Thats great. Thanks for the help. When they say AWB no. does it mean the previous one which we sent to CIC or the one which we are going to send to CIC? Just cant understand these guys' pain in giving me a certificate for the exam i paid for and qualified
