I hope they will consider it cause at the moment end of May people are getting PER's.

Dear All,

I am 12th June Applicant. My initial application was complete with all respect. Experience letter attached with the application fullfill all check list requirement.

However, i felt to more eleborate my job descriptions. So i got new experience letter with detailed JD. i sent those document yesterday and those will be receive hopefully on Sep 19. Is this ok. will they consider these new documents.

Just a query; did you use documents which were translated (Hindi-to-English) e.g. Birth Certificates or some Education Certificates. (because I presume a CIC official wouldn't understand our native languages & if at all, it is simply used as a reference to our native language documents if any; otherwise it is kinda very very trivial.)

Don't be sad; I'm quite sure this won't at all be a reason for anything negative (although I personally am very finicky about these things). Best of luck; your turn is around the corner.

why just call, ask them to forward that to you, check ur UCI.... also check ur ECAS

Exactly. I find most of the consultants very irritating this way.

We have found innumerable cases on this forum where the consultants refuse or cause extreme delay in sharing the below with the applicants:
- UCI,
- Emails,
- Any copies of forms sent to check any mistakes,
- Courier tracking numbers

Needless to say, it results in many sleepless nights and frustration for many applicants.

Therefore, it is better that people take informed decisions when using consultants. The process is very simple with the support of forum members here and believe me nobody apart from you yourself can assign the required priority to this process, which could be life-changing for most of us.

I have selected NDVO as my visa office, but now (2 weeks back) I have moved to US for employment. Is it possible to change Visa Office to CPC-Ottawa now?

And yes, nearly everything is ready. Last one thing is left - The International DD
I should be done today / tomorrow then put everything in a nice envelope and keep one placeholder to put the report. Then off it is to Sydney!

My friend has applied for FSW 2014 and is awaiting his turn. After applying for immigration he changed his daughter's name legally who is also accompanying. Could you please tell me whether his application will be rejected at local VO due to this. Any precautionary steps to be taken?
Please can somebody confirm this

If you research the HelpCentre on CIC's website; for such queries they always advise to get in touch with the local VO, which will happen once you get a PER and the file has been sent to the local VO

Try HelpCentre on CIC website, they have a repertoire of such FAQ.

Many Forum members have done this and I think it will work [ only if they have not yet processed the application yet. ]

As we have already seen that June 12 applicant has already received NER due to payment issue so initial screening might have done.

Can some one suggest me a fingerprinting agency in Hyderabad??? I cant get it from commissionerate as I got PCC from home town.

You are fine dude. Dont freak out for this and loose your peace. They wont reject your future for the sake of such small exclusion.

As I understood from what I've read in the forum, usually CIC doesn't send a refusal email, instead you get your package back. then you will have you DD back too. SO in this case he gets his money back ..

That's what i heard too.

But his consultant was saying that after getting refusal email, you will not get your package back and not even DD too.

He wants to put file again and he was told that he has to do his DD again to put file again.

and this time he doesn't need to send entire package. This time he only needs to send the pending documents .

is that true ?

Yes u can change ....After getting PER and at local VO stage . send a CSE to NDVO...Attach ur employment scanned docs along with the PP showing the entry seal of US...

most likely he has not received PER yet as his reported charge date and PER date are identical, which is impossible
