just an observation
This the the first time that difference between 2174 and 1112 has been more than 25.
I am hoping 1112 should see a sudden drop in pace beyond 23rd May and should slow down considerably now while 2174 would still keep running {as per the trend in spreadsheet}

as per my simple analysis, please everybody should send his file, even if the one reached 662 today,
herewith my analysis.

Actually it's clearly stated in the CIC website the following sentence ( The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received since May 4, 2014 is an estimate.)

So the last update which is 15.09.2014 represent an accumulative sum of all completed applications received from 04.05.2014 up to 15/09/2014.

This is my view.

They may adopt a new strategy to Check the Completeness of all Applications received up to date, (While pending the Money Charge process in the order of applications received date) Why??
this way they can announce when a specific cap is fulfilled, so that they don't expect to receive more application for the fulfilled cap, i.e. please don't send your application as your cap already closed.

My IELTS TRF would arrive by this weekend. Also, some forms have been updated on the CIC website. Seniors, please advise if:

1. I should send the actual returned package as it is
2. I should prepare a new package and send it to Mr. XYZ as indicated

Getting reference letter from current employer /manager will adversly affect my job & pay.
I can get the same from colleague but he is not having his business card or letter head.

I plan to get reference email showing his company email address & signature in it. what other documents I should put to convince my case & not loosing points.
Also should I mention this reason, as I dont want CIC to approach my HR or manager for this reason, however everything is genuine & so I dont have nothing to hide.

Any successful applicant/consultant with similar case, pls suggest..

Any suggestion plz ?

Did you check with your employers whether they received any employment check? , did they answer in case if they get any inquiry?

I am 7th may applicant too , CPC - ottawa. PER on Aug 11th ..waiting for MR....

CAP Updated.... Who is still there for the Betting for 1112 and 2174... As per my earlier statement none of these are going to cross the applications that reached after Mid June... Now I can say it may be till 10th June ..

Agree Zstream. It might be based on completeness check and not PERs.

I hope but i dont think so my friend, because simply they started on 6 June announcing CAPs and the number of people sent their files in May is far beyond the first CAP shown on the website, so NO

Rohan, sorry I kind of forget why your application was returned ?? I know it was admit mistake but why? and points calculation issue or what??

1- it is better to send the updated forms
2- no, rest u can keep the way it is.

+1, that sounds very logical and convincing. Smart!!

My guess is there is another process, perhaps a quick round of completeness check before it goes for charging. There might be a good 20-30 days lead time between completeness check and CC/DD charging.
