Actually it's clearly stated in the CIC website the following sentence ( The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received since May 4, 2014 is an estimate.)

So the last update which is 15.09.2014 represent an accumulative sum of all completed applications received from 04.05.2014 up to 15/09/2014.

This is my view.

Highly doubt that these figures are from up to 15th September as many of those in hot occupations in even June have not had their CCs charged as of yet

before taking nasty decision look at the spread sheet, app received by date and look at the apps reached in ur NOC so far, so simple MATH still positive changes...man DON'T GIVE UP LIKE THAT SILLY

Yes I am planning to submit now. i thought the CIC Cap figures were up to date. But I realised that most ppl applied in May and there is huge backlog. Pointless to apply now. Lets hope rules dont change in 2015

Its ok my friend, not to be disheartened. But to update you the rules are changing drastically in 2015, they are revamping the complete process called Expression of Interest. (Check Google)

Which NOC you wanted to apply, may be your NOC is too cold and there is still bright chance to apply God bless Chotu bhai

It's way too late to apply under 1112. The cap will be reached once CIC finishes processing applications received in late June / early July.

CAP Updated.... Who is still there for the Betting for 1112 and 2174... As per my earlier statement none of these are going to cross the applications that reached after Mid June... Now I can say it may be till 10th June ..

My IELTS TRF would arrive by this weekend. Also, some forms have been updated on the CIC website. Seniors, please advise if:

1. I should send the actual returned package as it is
2. I should prepare a new package and send it to Mr. XYZ as indicated

It would be great if you could send my a PM on my query rather than replying on the forum as it gets very tough to track responses. Please advise senior members.
