Today I got email from LVO asking to pay fees for the PR and submit PCC & Medical. Looks like LVO is processing very fast as the time duration between the processing start date and MR request date is 4 working days.

Just to tell you that Sandy has asked all of the members for the which credit card details he should provide and i think your answer was
not specific in which manner u have mentioned that u should collect more and asked CIC to contact you for other credit card...
This all is rubbish i believe...

And every one has their own problems and countdowns we can not make a joke of that...

I received my MR from NDVO today and they asked me to submit all the documents within 45 days. I am 7th May applicant.

Question:

I sent my FBI finger print request and it reached on 22nd July. My CC was charged on 22nd Aug. I havent received the report yet. How long does it take for the FBI request now-a-days?

I dont wanna take any chance and so I am gonna send another FBI request tomorrow. If I dont receive FBI clearance letter in another 45 days, Can I state the reason to NDVO to buy some more time ??? Plz adv

Hi, I'm a new member here. I'll soon add my details to the spreadsheet.

My query is that my application was delivered by courier on 12th May but my consultant says that there has been no response yet from the immigration authorities.

Can someone please guide regarding following:

1. Is there anyway I can know status of my application at this stage when I do not have any tracking number?
2. I believe most of 12 May applications have got PER (or maybe NER in some case). Is it possible that some applications have not been assigned any status - PER or NER? What are possible reasons for delay?
3. Should I still be hopeful of getting PER? Especially when applications reaching post 12th May have started getting PER. Do we have any known examples where a person got very late PER?

I would be obliged if someone can clarify these doubts.

After 7th May pool at CIC now it's for New delhi visa office. Seems like long wait for guys after 7th May.

That's sad to hear :-[. I didn't even think about this until now, from one bottleneck to another. Just hold on NDVO friends, this too shall pass .

Hi Folks,
My WES evaluation completed and sent on 25th August but I have not received it in Abu Dhabi yet. I had selected regular mail option which does not have a tracking number. Should I wait for the delivery or consider it lost as it has been 16 days already.

My WES evaluation was completed on Aug 25th as well. I have not received it yet. I also used regular mail option.

Do you guys think we should reorder the duplicate copy via express mail? (a bit expensive though)

Yes, You can always state what your problem is in details so they will understand and maybe give you some more time!

Agree with you Darshmodi........... Everyone needs help one day. Just because some one comes for help, we dont need to look down upon them. They have come to ask for help thinking we know better and some of them have suggested a better way even if it was a painful repeat for them. But, heckling or making fun...... not a very helpful response.

You mean that number of applications after 7th May is huge. So, NDVO is going to take more time for sending MRs ??

If you don't heard anything, send your query at centralized-intake-office@cic.gc.ca ; you will get response within 42 days maximum. Give your full name, Dob, and passport number while making query.
