To my bad many things going wrong one of them is below regarding the POF.

I have a letter from bank and I have also submitted bank statement but all the amount was transferred from my mother and sister's joint account in one day( My sister is already a pr holder of canada)

So please help me will it cause any issue.

The Vo will ask for POF once again make sure to maintain your balance required by CIC in your account.

Parents are not dependent according to CIC. So they cannot be included into application.

However, later on you can sponsor them through super-visa (takes 3 months) or through Parents Sponsor program (takes 5 years).

SOMEONE NEEDS URGENT HELp

Can the Parents apply PR with Baby?
What should be the age? Any specific Criteria?

@Century my Uncle is a Canadian citizen in order to take points I would require his BC but he does not have it, would a higher secondary certificate with his name and my grandfathers work as a substitute, and there are other host of documents which show his fathers name can I include them too?

Seniors pls guide me

My case is like I have exp of 8.5 yr out of 7yr in current company. I joined my current company in 2007 as a assistant manager.In 2009 I got promotion n become deputy manager and in 2010 manager.
I had submitted my reference letter of last designation ie manager wherein I have mentioned evrything(NOC duties of 0121). But I did not mentioned any duties about my previous designation (assistant/deputy manager) in job refrence letter and did not mentioned hrs per week just mentioned diffrent designation and tenure in ref letter
can I got full points as far exp is concern or I will get points for NOC exp ie 2010 to till date


Supporting documents attached:
•Promotion letter for each designation (current company)
• current 3 salary slip
• salary account statment for full yr
•appointment letter of current/previous company



Note: all exp is in same industry

ALL MUST REACH BEFORE 20/10/2014

Today I received the MR from NDVO. The mail reveiced as below.
> Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for all the applicants [ Please note that Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately and if you don't receive them within 48 hours please write back to us. ] This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/20

Ø > RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for Principal Applicant and Spouse This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/20

Ø > FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate for Principal Applicant This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/20


My question is How can I pay fees for NDVO in India and how much? I have to pay fees for Me, Wife and Kid (2 yrs) old. Please guide.?

1.I and my wife are intending to apply. As she is currently pursuing he studies, she may not be able to accompany me in case if my application gets approved. So can I give the reason of spouse not accompanying as "Currently pursuing higher studies"?

2. Besides How much time does she have, to fly once her visa gets approved? is it one year?

Applying under NOC 0112 (HR Manager)

i am BSC Punjab university, MSC(Microbilogy), MBA(HR) both from gurukul kangri university, regular course
WES only gave me 4 years bachelors equivalency hence getting only 21 points
IELTS i m scoring 20 Points
Age im scoring 12 points
work experience i have 6.3 years (3.3 years as Assistant manager HR then 3 years as an Executive in top notch pharma firm)
so i guess i will get 15 points
so total score comes out to be
Education=21
Age=12
IELTS=20
work experience=15
total=68
Now my question is as
1) i m applying for HR manager, but my degree is from Non recognized university related to human resource shall i apply?
2) i got the reference letter for work experience from both the employer and job duties are equivalent to the NOC 0112, HR Manager, will they consider my work experience relevant to HR manager? (i have everything related to my employment like form 16will and salary details plus both of my HR head said they are ok with any kind of verification )

kindly help as i m done with all my docs only DD need to be prepared, want to apply by monday....pls pls advice...

You can apply with graduation and in the covering letter explain that you are claiming points for graduation only and put a table for self calculated points.
