Recently i had done a reasearch for my friend who wanted to apply for a RN. But eventhough in site it shows 29, consultant says its too late to apply now.
But that is only my view from the discussion with consultant.

Is it way too late for a Registered Nurse like me to submit an application for the FSW 2014? But I have actually submitted an application for QSW last March so I dunno if it's okay to submit for both programs?

Its perfectly fine. No problem .

You can apply for two separate programs.

FSW and QSW works differently and both are separate identity, you can apply here as well.
your noc is hardly "1" cap filled
only thing hv to verify is, what license you hv is it equivalent to Canada requirements

I am assuming you have already received PER ? If that's true, was there an email address specified in the PER/AOR for future communications with the VO ?

If there was, I suggest you send an email elaborating the case and specify clearly that the Supervisor can be contacted on whatever number he would be available.

There is no way of informing your supervisor 'ahead of time' as verification is done randomly in most cases.

Yes, I received the PER email last week. There was not an email for contact in that message though. Usually, how long does CIC transfer the file from the Canada to their overseas consulate.

I dont think I have to give my supervisor would need an exact time, but I should inform him that a call from the consulate might due from XXX day onwards. Caller ID is mandatory by law in Taiwan, whether it is a landline or mobile. Due to the humongous amount of scam calls over there, most people would not answer phone calls with an unknown called ID. And, calls from countries with 8-digit local numbers do not show correctly, there is no way for one to tell whether those calls are from China, Singapore or Hong Kong by just looking at the caller ID.

Nope its not late at all,
its hardly 29, that too with the big rush of may/june
VERY BIG chances awaits her...

As for my background, I am 25 years old with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have 4 years and 3 months of paid work experience. My Academic IELTS also have a band score of 7.5.
Am I eligible for the program?

For FSW program, Academic IELTS is not valid. You need to minimum 6.0 bands in each module and that is in GENERAL IELTS.
