Hi,

I have been reading for a long time, but did not write till today.
I saw something suspicious in the SS - there are a lot of people from 01.05 till 14.05 that were not charged and I saw that all of their applications were accepted by Mike K.
I am also an applicant whose documents were received by Mr. M.K. , so I have some concerns that something is wrong.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Welcome! No need to be suspicious, its just that some of the apps are still pending at CIO and there is no information for those and some applicants just entered the entry in the SS and didn't returned for the next entry.

for the payment of Permanent Residence Applications Fee for NDVO can i submit the DD or it is only possible to pay the fee onilne.
if DD is possible can somebody share the details for that.

Dear All
I am 8th May applicant. Bank has no information of DD encashment. If my application is rejected would I get my IELTS Result and WES report back?
I hav sent a mail to CIC bt not heard from them . Called CIC but they didn't provide UCI . What can I do now? Without IELTS I cant reapply.

In addition also,try to inquire from British Council or IDP...whichever that conducted your IELTS in your region for how to apply for a second copy of your result.
If truly your application has been returned,you will soon get it back but you need to be able to analyse the errors that made them returned to make you send another one especially if you need to send another application before getting your returned package.
CIC should respond to you mail after about 20 working days.

It should be Credit Card.

Sort of mere co-incidence for your concerns and conclusions.
Some may not be successful because of errors and may have been returned.
Some of these applicants you spoke about may not be chanced to update SS with their status.
Some have been successful and have been updated.
Mr M.K or mike has nothing to do with positive or negative activities of applicants....he's not even a technical staff to access your application.....sort of low staff to receive packages.
Do you have similar timelines as the ones you described?
Have you taken step to ask for the update of your application from CIC?....have you sent a mail?
You need to if you have not.

Thanks brother for your reply.....hope CIC also accept my ref letter affidavit....my HR dept didnot ready to give me in written for not issuing ref letter....But i hve included other documents like employment certi....salary slips....conformation letter....form16 etc.....

Probably it is that way, but while checking the reasons for rejection of the unfortunate once I saw that almost all of them were rejected by Mike...xaxa.
Not many applicants on 15.05 left so I am still waiting to see that my bank account has been reduced by $1100.

It should work. Do provide your managers official email id and try to attach his business card if available

I got PER on 25 August. As per bank my DD was encashed on 31 July, but as per CIC email on 25 July.

does cio signifies that money should be credit and not your own.....

I had also given my senior colleague business card and his company i-card copy attested by him....

Why don't you send the email now? it will take 30-45 days to hear back from CIC!!
