Hi,

I have received PER. Following are the list of documents attached for experience

1. promotion letters with designations & salary details
2. Employment Certificate
3. Mail from HR stating that they don't issue roles & responsibilities on company letterhead
4. Reference Letter from manager with his official email id and contact no along with his business card
5. L1 petition copy as it has roles mentioned on it

May i know if anybody had sent reference letter taken from senior colleague for his/her current organization and got PER???!

I would like to know this thing because my current company is my first company and i had sent ref letter affidavit ftom my senior collegaue.....
