I did not send an e-mail to CIC because they just started to charge CC for 15.05 last week, so I will try to keep my faith and wait till the end of this week. What do you think shall I send earlier?
If I have to sent an e-mail to which address shall I do it? Probably there is some response time like 20 days?

There is new version of schedule 3 and it has one changing. The experience column in q 12-b now does not mention experience below 1 year...so now what to do with experience of 6 months?? Should i write in 1 year column? Or combine that experience with other experience in the same NOC?? Confused !! ???

Another crude way of CAP estimation of a NOC with respect to total CAP. 8) 8) 8)


Total applications received Applications received for "2173"
1421 139 (roughly 10% of total applications received)
1891 188 (roughly 10% of total applications received)


It seems "10% of total applications = number of applications for 2173" is kinda holding good for "2173" . :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X


With this logic (1000-188)812 slots of "2173" will be filled when CIC receives 8120 more application towards overall CAP .

Finally, 2173 will be a done NOC when total application received towards overall CAP touches 10011 . ??? ??? ??? ??? :-\ :-\ :'( :'(



PS: Above estimation is done by me , not by ALBERT EINSTEIN . It is faulty .Plz don't curse me for that ;D ;D

File is immediately transferred to respective Visa office. However, London loves to sit on the files for two months before even thinking about them.

I wont advice you to combine the work experience with another one since they are meant to have individual experience letter.If you feel you must show the duration of less than one year with the experience letter,simply use MSword to construct a replica of the table and do it like the previous form.
Whichever way you do it,the most important is your experience letter regarding the job duties.

In addition also,try to inquire from British Council or IDP...whichever that conducted your IELTS in your region for how to apply for a second copy of your result.
If truly your application has been returned,you will soon get it back but you need to be able to analyse the errors that made them returned to make you send another one especially if you need to send another application before getting your returned package.
CIC should respond to you mail after about 20 working days.

Thanks kollins I had a contact with British Councils but they do not provide duplicate Copy of result until I give evidence that I have applied for immigration . Is there any chance of DD encashment yet since 15th May application are getting their fee charged.

Can anyone give me the number to contact CIC and inquire regarding my application? I have an existing UCI from my last year's application, so I hope it will be easy for them to pull out my record.
