You may fit in 0124 much better.. don't get swayed by the "designation".
Pls understand these are Canadian Occupation.. your "Senior Manager" in Canada might be a guy with 20+ yrs of exp

how many # yrs of exp. do you have - both 'Overall' and in current role "GM-Mktg" ?

But 0124 is not in the 50 eligible occupations this year. So, you have to go for 0013.

Actually the place where I work, these sites are banned(look like govt sites) and smartphones are not allowed otherwise my posts would be a lot more regular .... By the way with regards to reference letter, do I really need to have it on a company letter head?

Also, my former manager didn't reply to my request, my only chance of getting a reference letter is through a colleague who has joined the company the same time I started my work from the same company. Fortunately, she is still connected with the same company and may be a senior now. Do you think she can attest for my duties and responsibilities in wherein during the time of my employment we were at the same level/position (freshy)? We have almost the same work but I have more technical work than her.

Always DD is more secure than CC. But with CC you will get to know as soon as its charged.

Dear All,

Congrats to all who have received good news from CIC.

I have received the application packet back on Aug 31, thought of sharing with you all.

My application was returned due to incomplete as per the CIC.

Following is the reason they have mentioned

We do not accept Passports as proof of Birth, therefore we are unable to accept details from passport. We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

However, the fact is that I do have submitted Birth Certificate(both Husband & wife) along with application which was issued by High Commission of India here in Mauritius.

As I was having this certificate with me before filing application, I do not think of providing additional SSC leaving certificate as certificate issued by High commission is genuine and valid one.

I am not able to understand their reason of rejection, as they are saying Passport is not accepted as proof of birth which shows they might have not looked into our Birth certificates giving all the above 3 details which they are asking.

Experts throw some light on the said issue.

I am a May 12 applicant, noc 1112, cc. applied from Muscat, Oman. (Indian national)

cc not charged yet, so am assuming would have been rejected.

There have been some mistakes on the form with regards to birth certificate. I submitted a letter issued by indian embassy muscat, stating, quote, as per entries in passport, dob is x and name of parents are a and b. this is issued as per request of jaspal singh, unquote, as I dont have a birth certificate, and didnt attach an affidavit.

Have got my form readied with noc 0111 (there is some job overlap).

do you suggest i send it now, or wait for a few more days.

Read about a 12 may cc getting charged on friday.

is there any 12 may cc app awaiting ?

pls advise.

I am now Really Worried looking at the Speed CIC is Processing the Apps coz My App Reached on June 5th and my DD will expire on 8th Nov'14 (6 Months) as they are still processing 15th May Apps and i think by the time they start processing 5th June Apps our DD might have been expired.

Guys, Do we need to send all the forms (even if it doesn't apply to us?) like in my case "use of representative" and "additional dependents"?

It doesnt makes sense but just want to confirm if they have such requirement?

You don't need to send the forms that are not applicable for you. Don't forget to check appropriate form columns on Document Checklist.

My suggestion, club together. If people get PER without filling anything on this, I don't think clubbing together in on section will not harm if not get benefit. In this case, you got to write NOC Descriptor as Occupation and not your title/designation.

current job 3 yrs 10 month
second job 10 months
third 6 month
fourth 3 month

Same noc but different comapnies. How can I mention this and how to fill form

CC is fast as compared to DD. But DD is safer then CC for sure.

ECAS shows current status.. Enter ur Given name/Surname in CAPITAL LETTERS.
