I dont see anywhere they mentioned affidavits should be original, if required they can ask for original copies to verify...

Thanks buddy for the reply. Yeah i have my BC affidavit attested by my dad, my question was do we need to submit original copy of all the afidavits or copy of it?

Its not a birth certificate, its affidavit from notary and also other affidavit for my mom having used different names on different documents? Should i submit copies of both?

Get an affidavit from notary that both names belongs to same person, I also did the same in my case.
