First you have to check whether his job experience is matched with one of the 50 eligible occupations. As per qualification you mention he might cover under 0811 but he is the one who better knows his experience.. Below is the link to check eligible occupations.. Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum.. my significant other is currently living in Scotland. Since I am a Canadian citizen and the opportunities are better in Canada then in Scotland we are trying to figure out how he can immigrate to Canada. He has a college HND diploma, a BSC and an MSC all in forestry (with specialization in fields such as soil science, aquaculture, agriculture etc). Ideally we would like to settle in Ontario as that is where myself and my family live. I am really unsure about the best way to go about doing this as the Canadian Immigration website is so confusing- I am basically at a loss! I would like to avoid sponsorship or marriage just to get him over. He would also like to try to do it on his own. The whole process is just so confusing! If anyone could give me ay advice I would be very grateful!

Last year's applicant who got their package back due to CAP filled has UCI numbers. UCI remains same throughout and hence could check the status

You are right, last year my friend (from same country) was not asked about secondary school certificates but this year they are asking, and accordingly they have updated my country's requirements page too on their website.

[size=9pt] Hi, I have not been able to understand why they asked this year some people for school certificate - but the guy is right that it doesn't say on their website (for India at least) to provide this. But you are right too some people have been asked to send this, not sure why. I did WES ECA last year and never needed to send anything related to class Xth or class XIIth. Only sent for my bachelors and masters and both came recognized as bachelors and masters respectively and equivalent to Canadian degrees.

Hi all...Need some knowledge regarding further steps and timeline.After receiving PER email could any one suggest timeline taken by London Visa Office (for pakistan), for an applicant who have not submit Police Clearance Certificate with his original application.For Example;
Application Submit Date: 8th May 2014
PER Received Date : 14th August 2014 (i.e almost 30 to 36 days)
Request PCC: ?? (need approximate date for London VO for Pakistan)
Request for MR: Huh (need approximate date for London VO for Pakistan)
and so on Huh

Assumptions from 2013 FSWP timeline could also considered positive.

For London VO, this is so much unpredictable to guess when they will request for PCC...

Sometimes they request for PCC individually...Sometimes with Medical......

They have given to few applicants within 7-8 months and rest of them have given on over 14-15 months in an avg....

I have prepared all the doc submitted to WES tor and diploma of masters and bachelors degree, my question is do i have to include my secondary/highschool diploma and tor? WES did not evaluate my secondary credentials since I have masters degree.

please advice.

Only post secondary university attested and sealed docs to be sent to WES.

i am one of them who file was returned last year due to cap reached but i didn't get it as it was lost during delivery , sent new file this year but i have my UCI # when i inquired them last year of my case they replied on mail with UCI , but when i am going to check wiht this message appeare we are unable to track your record

NER even after their DD has been encashed or clear.

I have a query on this. How many days will it take to get PER/NER after DD encashment in current trend.
Your suggestions really means a lot to break this nervousness.
