Hi All,

I have some doubts in filling -" Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] form"

Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

1. Your full name in native language – My native language is tamil. After taking print out of this form, do we need to fill it in pen with my native language. Or shd I write my name in English in the form itself?
2. Date of death – shd we leave it blank or mark as NA?
3. Under education, in field of study what to give for 10th std
4. In personal history , for mentioning the currently employed job how to fill the fields “From” and “To”  “From” date I can mention. But for “To” date how to fill till date , bcos it has only date fields option
5. For membership or association with organization column  In the instruction guide it is given as do not write “not applicable”. Rather, write: “I have never been a member of an organization or association”. But under which column shd I write this
6. For government positions -> I have never been in that. Shd I write ‘None’ in all the columns under that?
7. For military services -> I have never been in that. Shd I write ‘None’ in all the columns under that?
8. For addresses , shd I mention ‘till date’ in ‘To’ field for the current address that I am residing now

Thanks

Hi Shray

The whole thing you have mentioned is exactly what an applicant is NOT supposed to do. You cannot borrow money from parents or siblings, and you definitely should not deposit that amount in your account a week or 2 before you present your proof of funds to CIC.

The VO's job is to verify whether the amount is 'unencumbered' which means - free from any obligations or liabilities. If you cannot prove that the money belongs to you (that the account is solely held by you and/or by your spouse) and that the money is not unencumbered and readily transferable (that there are no large sums of deposits in much too frequent intervals from non-justifiable sources) then you are not helping your case.

So how do you just that I should resolve this issue because I dont have that much amount to show in my Savings Account of my own.

I would be required to take money from my dad. I can make the transfers like every month 1 lakh or 1.5 lakhs till I have 8 - 9 lakhs. Is that good? How other people manage ?

Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]

1. Your full name in native language – My native language is tamil. After taking print out of this form, do we need to fill it in pen with my native language. Or shd I write my name in English in the form itself? Yes print that form and then write name in native language with black pen wherever asked.
2. Date of death – shd we leave it blank or mark as NA? Leave it blank
3. Under education, in field of study what to give for 10th std General
4. In personal history , for mentioning the currently employed job how to fill the fields “From” and “To”  “From” date I can mention. But for “To” date how to fill till date , bcos it has only date fields option Put the same date you are signing that form.
5. For membership or association with organization column  In the instruction guide it is given as do not write “not applicable”. Rather, write: “I have never been a member of an organization or association”. But under which column shd I write this Write in under middle column as it has more space.
6. For government positions -> I have never been in that. Shd I write ‘None' in all the columns under that? N/A or None
7. For military services -> I have never been in that. Shd I write ‘None' in all the columns under that?N/A or None
8. For addresses , shd I mention ‘till date' in ‘To' field for the current address that I am residing now You can write present after printing form or you can write same date as you sign other forms.(assuming that you are going to sign all forms on same date)

Thanks

Hi Maria, Checks and / or Interview happen on a need basis at NDVO or other VOs, so less percentage only. Good luck!

Hi All,

I am in very tense situation. I have filed my application through one consultant from Mumbai whose head office is in Chandigarh. 20 Days back I had sent my documents to Mumbai office for review and then it was forwarded it to their head office in Chandigarh. Now, when I called their Chandigarh office they are saying that they haven't received my documents whereas their Mumbai office is saying that they have mailed all documents 2 weeks back. I am really fed up with this consultant, and now worried that my documents might have been misplaced.

Guys please help me, really don't know what to do in this situation. I am really worried about My original IELTS and Demand Draft.

Is there any way to file a complaint against this consultant.

Please advise! :(
