Not familiar of any such case, but I am sure that CIC need not worry about someone's assets. All it wants is to see the settlement funds.

I myself left it intentionally blank, and am sure this could not be the reason for rejection.

Anyhow, I wonder about the guys who do mention assets, do they also submit all property etc related documents with their application ? Like land deeds, house evaluations, etc ?

I was wondering why there are so less number of Chinese people in the SS. Now it makes sense. Come to think of it, we are missing a major number of applicant from China in SS. Their figure might shewed the statistics a lot.

Hi All,

I am in very tense situation. I have filed my application through one consultant from Mumbai whose head office is in Chandigarh. 20 Days back I had sent my documents to Mumbai office for review and then it was forwarded it to their head office in Chandigarh. Now, when I called their Chandigarh office they are saying that they haven't received my documents whereas their Mumbai office is saying that they have mailed all documents 2 weeks back. I am really fed up with this consultant, and now worried that my documents might have been misplaced.

Guys please help me, really don't know what to do in this situation. I am really worried about My original IELTS and Demand Draft.

Is there any way to file a complaint against this consultant.

Please advise!

I think your should consider application first and complaint afterwards. try to get another copy of IELTS at the earliest

So if i send new application will i have to pay again DD of 550$ then what about the previous payment? Also I've one ECA original report left if i send it with this application will i'll be needing additional copies of ECA report in future?

I got PCC form from canadian embassy in kuwait . There is a column in the form "name in original script( Arabic,chineese,...)". My native place is kerala so I need to write my name in malayalam?

you should be able to cancel the old DD..contact your bank...for the ECA report you should not need another one, However if you do you can always order them online without sending your docs again as they have all your records...
