Hi, I urgently need some help please. I posted yesterday that my application had been returned due to insufficient evidence of job duties performed for the NOC code. I am trying to re-write the letter for a colleague/supervisor to give a personal statement but I am myself having trouble matching the job description. My confusion is that under 2171 the list of job descriptions it lists a brief description for 4 fairly different job titles.
Main duties
The following is a summary of the main duties for some occupations in this unit group:
•Information systems business analysts and consultants confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.
•Systems security analysts confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
•Information systems quality assurance analysts develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information systems.
•Systems auditors conduct independent third-party reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
My current job title is Account Manager and this is the description that was in the letter that was returned. (I should add that the letter was originally written last year for 2147 which was my job from 2004 to 2011. I wasn't concentrating on matching the Account Manager role to the NOC.

•Lead the development of new business opportunities and manage customer relationships in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers.
•Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics and time frames to maximise revenue using Target Account Selling methodology.

I thought there was enough in there to correspond but obviously the CIC officer does not agree. Can anyone make any suggestions please?
