Hi All,
I am in very tense situation. I have filed my application through one consultant from Mumbai whose head office is in Chandigarh. 20 Days back I had sent my documents to Mumbai office for review and then it was forwarded it to their head office in Chandigarh. Now, when I called their Chandigarh office they are saying that they haven't received my documents whereas their Mumbai office is saying that they have mailed all documents 2 weeks back. I am really fed up with this consultant, and now worried that my documents might have been misplaced.
Guys please help me, really don't know what to do in this situation. I am really worried about My original IELTS and Demand Draft.
Is there any way to file a complaint against this consultant.
