Also , is the credential evaluation valid for exoress entry as well ?

To all Experienced Seniors,

I need your expertise in something urgent & important matter[/b][/i] I came across for last few days. I am a 15th May applicant from INDIA. I am doing my PR procedure own my own without any consultant’s help. When I came to know from our network that 15th May applicants may be charged shortly, I just started enquiry about my future PCC. In my enquiry, I came to know that to issue the PCC, my passport needs to be completed in all manners i.e. if I am married, my Spouse’s name should be compulsory included in my passport otherwise my PCC procedure will be incomplete during police inquiry. And since I am married, I had to rush to re-issue the passport and fortunately got my new passport which shows my wife’s name.

But now I am confused because as I have not received PER e-mail, how can I contact CIC to let them know about my new passport details? I am in dilemma, should I wait for my PER or should I directly e-mail CIC to inform my new passport details? If so, then on which e-mail ID should I communicate this? Should I also send mail by courier by sending them certified copies of my cancelled passport & new passport?
I am eagerly awaiting for the sure suggestion from anybody who can shed some light on this subject.

I have just got the PER and file number from CIC, but I have some information that I wrote wrong by mistake in the forms regarding my travels and other small changes.

how can I submit the form "your travels" again and how can I send these changes to CIC?

Is there an email to contact them or should I send them by courier or shall I wait till an officer contacts me?Huh

I am afraid to wait for an officer , and the officer contacts me after he finished assessment of my case and so this will cause my case to be assessed again or to be delayed...

In Karachi it took me 15 minutes and the service is free at the Police Forensics Department. Look for that department in Lahore. Just go there and the reception will know everything about the FBI thing (they did in Karachi, so I am sure they get several applications in Lahore also). It was all pretty easy and straight-forward and free.

Document checklist only asked for valid passport, no other criteria given.

For any subsequent change in passport, you can update your VO - that's I understand from PER e-mail from other.

In the Schedule 3 form, there is no much space provided in the 'Occupation Field'. My designation is Network Associate SVCS maintenance.
Is it ok if I mention the NOC Code and mention the occupation as Network Assc.

If its mandatory to mention the exact designation as in offer letter, I'd rather take a white paper and start filling up.

Kindly advice.

Your PER e-mail must have given contact information for update things. You contact them with updated travel form.

I am not submitting a reference letter from current employer, i am submitting self affidavit. For this reason i am thinking to submit tax returns also.

But the question is, will the form 16's(I am from India) will be enough?

51- ECA report by Wes was 3 years post secondary education from a non - recognized institute. This equivalency assessment did not demonstrate that he has completed the equivalent of a Canadian secondary educational credential.

Can anyone tell me if this NER reason is valid for all the NOCs??? All my docs are ready to be sent to Nova Scotia for NOC 1123. But my WES repost says 3 years post secondary education from a non - recognized institute as I did this from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.

In my NOC 1123's description is said A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.

My WES says its equivalant to 3year post secondary study at a non-recognized university in Journalism and Communication.

I was told by a consultant that I should have got my ECA done from CES-University of Toronto, School of Continuing Education.

Please advise me what to do. I am in dire need of guidance with this issue.

If you want to claim points for your current job you need to submit reference letter from your current employer. Self declared jd not acceptable. Doesn't make any diffrence if you submit additional docs like itr etc.

If you don't want to claim points for this job then it is ok

I hope you understand the reason for not submitting the JD from current employer. If i ask for JD, it will really mess up whole thing with my current employer. I read on one website that we can submit the self affidavit, with other supporting documents like letter from colleague with JD which is notarized and hid ID card. I have got all these documentation done.

I want to claim this experience, as this is the large chunk (5 years ) of experience.

I have BEP letter which was issued by my current employer (which i used for H1B Visa application-however this was issued in Sep 2013) which i having JD. i am submitting a copy of that as well.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

It is rather related with Education and not related to NOC.

What I understand, without mentioning any degree like bachelor/Master/Dipoloma by WES, it rendered incomplete degree - so no point.

You can try other Assessment institute.

Quick questions:

1 - In the economic class form they tell you in question 12 A - to identify the primary occupation and corresponding NOC. Should I write the name of my occupation as is (Logistics Coordinator) or the name of the occupation as it is presented in the NOC (Purchasing manager)? My occupation name is Logistics Coordinator, but I am applying for purchasing manager. Which one do I write there? What about on 12 B?

2 - I need to provide the bank statements in order to prove I have the necessary funds right? Do I need to have the bank statements translated as well (they will be in portuguese)? Also, in my account only, I don't have enough funds for my wife and myself, but if I include her bank statement we will have more than enough. So is it fine to include bank statements from both people that are going?
