The only issue seems lack of resource to be able to work on 'fee charging' and 'PER' simultaneously. It sucks to see they can only support one at a time, and are doing these on alternate days.

I already told once, considering the prev yrs -What I think, may be 2014 is the year at which CIC has received max number of the applications on the first week of the application opening.

Reasons are very much visible like: large NOC category-50 NOCs, Lots of applicants were returned on last yr for the less CAP on FSW13 etc.

That is why CIC is taking more time compare to prev yrs for sending final PER...

So absolutely, applicants need not to worry....They need to consider it that CIC Nova Scotia is passing their historical busiest time this year....

After completion of 7th May and 8th May applicants, I think they will be more relax and will send PER on more shorter time.....

Thats what is my thought..

Hi all...Just need advise from u all....I am still waiting to apply in FSW 2014 in University professors and lecturers (4011) category,,,My WES credential will arrive next week mostly,,,,Is it too late to apply now or I just go ahead....,,Since I am not working in my own country so I have just one payslip from my previous employers, though I have taken duty responsibility letter from all previous employers, will it be enough to proceed further, ...and I have applied in Nova scotia programme2014 under RMLD stream also but no response from there should I mention this in my application now,,,,,please guide me.

Anyway, NOC 4011 is not late so far....So dont worry for the CAP....Just apply...

And one payslip is absolutely ok....this is not mandatory bro to submit payslip...

ANd there is no point for the PR application on any form....So no need to consider that too...

As i worked one company.my experience is 4.5 years.from and to date easily can find out anyone.Will cic return my file or not???

I've got ECA Report only for my Diploma (two years) which I gained on public University. WES didn't recognize my four years diploma from private University. Should I writte in Beckground Declaration that I have four-years diploma?

I don't think it will help. All you can do is try to get new assestment from the other body.

guys..this is for a friend of mine who is being misguided by an agent. He got following IELTS score :- S-6.5 R-6 W-6 L-7.5, so, i just need a confirmation about the points he will get i.e. 18.
Another thing he is worried about is, He has got his name on all his docs as 'Lovekesh', whereas, name on his passport is 'Lovekesh Sharma'...How serious is this one?

IELTS : 5+4+4+5= 18 -yes right

For the naming issue, he can add an affidavit and a cover letter stating the problem...This is acceptable buddy...

If u have enough point already with the current ECA then Yes u have to write all the educational details on there....

The SBI PF a/c has a lock in period of 15 years and funds are not in liquid form and not readily available.These cannot shown as settlement funds.it is better to use savings or FD accounts and tale a balance certificate from bank.

As Oscar said we are not CIC officer....

But what I can think, CIC may ignore this error....Since this can be figured out on work letters...Although for point calculation they search on forms obviously ...But I hope this will be ignored on CIC...Ur local Visa office may ask for updated Sch-3 form...

But again, everything is depends on Case officers....

Why not brother. Let's give a non-conventional definition of assets. Assets is something opposite to liabilities.

let's say I purchase a car with value of CAD8000; the whole amount was finance from loan from a bank.

Now, do you think, should we show this amount as loan; if no, then we are underestimating our liability - a misrepresentation. If yes, then we should also show car as assets otherwise my net worth will be negative and misstatement of financial. Remember the definition, opposite of liability is assets. So, what we include in liability, its corresponding property should be shown as assets.

So, for above case, if it is yes, in case i purchase a car out of my pocket, it also should be shown as assets.

I hope, it clarifies your doubt.

[size=9pt] Dear Doctor BTW what kind of doctor are you, so I know what types of free treatment I can hope for? LOL

1. I would put the 'From' date as the date when you first arrived here if you have stayed in continuity (keep the vacation aside, as it still counts as continuous if you just took 2 months annual vacation but more or less stayed there other than that). The 'To' date will be written by pen as "Till date" or "Present"

2. The annual trips to India - even though different people have different opinion on this one - I would capture the trips in the supplementary travel form (even though some people interpret that there is no need to provide travel between country of origin and country of residence). For address don't need to mention India address that you stayed there for just 2 months and that was mere vacation but not a permanent stay of sorts. Keep the Maldives address only in the address section.
