Hi All,

We were recently blessed with a new born. 1st application received was 4th May and was returned on June 5 due to Birth Certificate affidavit. Re did the affidavit from an attorney and application was received by CIC on 11 June. Now I have a new born that I want to include to the application.

Do I wait for PER or send the new born addition to append to the application. Also please let me know what all docs have to be submitted for new born addition to the application.

That information is meant for your VO after you get your PER and perhaps AOR.

Thanks for your reply.one more question Ashif vai,as i submitted my file yesterday from dhaka and my noc is 1123.is it too late??if they reject file.will cic return my file or won't send my file.

1123 is a cold NOC....Dont even try to think about that u are late...


And yes they will return ur file on ur mailing address u mentioned on the generic form if there is any mistake (i hope it will not happen)....

One of my friend has a doubt regarding name incorrectly spelled in some of his documents....... will be grateful if someone can put some light. His query is as below

"My name is AZHAR IKHLAQ and my Father name is AKHLAQ HUSSAIN. In all my educational documents from Martic to Master, my father name is spelled IKHLAQ HUSSAIN. whereas in my passport and my birth certificate my father name is correctly spelled as AKHLAQ HUSSAIN. I am wondering if this Father Name's spellings mistake will have effect on my application."

Guys there is a confusion created by some one on other topic of ielts.

Can u please confirm me that IELTS score is judged on individual basis or under under one CELP level? please explain with cic mentioned data.

I think, your friend has provided other names of father in the Background Declaration form. So, it is OK.

If not send yet, he can provide affidavit.

Reasons for returned/rejected apps are freaking me. I know that I signed all forms and have all but original BC for my husband just translation.Now I'am not even sure about experience letter.Since I'am a 16th of June applicant have a long time to wait

Ask ur friend to ask his dad to prepare a sworn affidavit stating that both names belong to the same person and so on. Include the affidavit in original with the app.

Lock in period for a PPF account is 10 years......

it's 15 years itself, checked from SBI website now..

can we deposit cash in savings account (around 1.5 L, it already has about 5 L in it, salary a/c) and then take statement next day! is that fine?

also, I had already taken statement of one bank yesterday, now after depositing cash in 2nd account and taking statement, should I take statement of 1st bank again to show I haven't taken cash out from that account...!! ??? this POF is driving me nuts!!

Why are u not sure about ur exp. letter ?

Straight word is -If someone wants to apply he need to have CLB level 7 and above which indicates that he need to have atleas 6.0 o on each band of IELTS...

CIC tells:

"You must meet the minimum level of CLB 7Footnote 1 for your first official language in all four language areas."

Hi Experts,

I have a question on the verification, My Manager who gave me the experience letter has moved to london from India and has changed her desk contact and Mobile number. My Application received date is May 19th for NOC 1112 and yet to get my CC charged. Will my application be rejected if they fine the contact number Invalid? Is call verification is mandatory? Please advice experts....I am not sure what to do now....Appreciate your help...

Yes you can show SBI PPF as POF..

I have asked this Q before on another thread and one friend has already answered, but still wanting to be doubly sure.

For POF, we can show account statement of SBI PPF A/c?

Also, can we show a car as an asset over & above the required funds and how to show it? Value I think we can take from insured value of latest insurance certificate.
