If you have submitted an app for the first time to CIC and have not received PER yet then you cannot track its progress online at the moment.

Hi All,


My application reached CIO on 30th July 2014. Wanted to check how many of you have put the bar code page (generated after validationg the generic form) on top of the package as has been mentioned in the CIC website

I just realized that I have not put the bar code page on top of the package instead i have attached it to the generic form. :'(

Will that make a difference?

Hope that is not a ground for rejection.

Then it should be London buddy (if u are there over one yr...)....

U can also choose ur home country's Local VO if its different from ur country of residence....

Assuming you are not a UAE national it will either be London if u have stayed in the UAE for a period of more than 1 year or the VO assigned to your country of citizenship.

Why are u not sure about ur exp. letter ?

cause ppl who were rejected for that shared their exp letter here and mine is not much different and now with missing original bc I am not sure about my app at all. Sorry for being so pessimistic

MY DD WAS ENCASHED ON 1ST AUGUST AND MY CONSULTANT RECEIVED A REPLY FROM CIC TODAY.

I am writing in response to your email of July 31, 2014, regarding Deepearl's application for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker program.

Our systems indicate that the application is in a queue for processing and you will be contacted in due course regarding next steps. For your reference and future correspondence, the application’s file number is XE00...........

ANyway ur DD should have another portion which is meant for the client....dont u kept that bro since DD consist of two portion on here (SCB , BD)...

Rather than submitting statement, best thing for your case will be to send a bank certificate.... showing your saving accounts balance, name, address etc.

it's 15 years itself, checked from SBI website now..

can we deposit cash in savings account (around 1.5 L, it already has about 5 L in it, salary a/c) and then take statement next day! is that fine?

also, I had already taken statement of one bank yesterday, now after depositing cash in 2nd account and taking statement, should I take statement of 1st bank again to show I haven't taken cash out from that account...!! ??? this POF is driving me nuts!!

Ok then, for the both case- Visa office is London.

If some one have a valid visa for atleast one yr or he have lived over one yr on his country of residence, then he can apply under that territory's local Visa office...

I am not a national of UAE and my nationality is pakistani. I am a resident of UAE for more than years.... can I select my visa office or Sydney office will assign it??
