All efforts/dreams in the last 3 years have gone down the drain again. I planned to go to Canada in second half of 2011. In 2012, FSWP did not open. In 2013, my application was returned because of a stupid mistake. In 2014, history has repeated itself.

Its time to stop thinking about Canada now. India is not bad after all

I did not know that CIC emails you before sending the package back.

you are 2171 applicant. if they are stating that as incomplete then cant you complete that and resend again. why loosing hope?
2171 is not at all going to get full by next 1.5 months atlst

I need you help regarding the filling of Payment Form,
it looks very easy, but as you know , now a days CIC is rejecting application due to "." (dot) mistakes so!!!!
please guide me, i am paying the fee through DD,
so in SECTION A -

Principal Applicant, ......My name,

name of payer?.........here should i put (N/A) because i am paying OR i should write here name of the Bank which issued the DD? i am confused , honestly, due to obsession, so please guide me!!!!!!

Address of Payer..........again..? should i write N/A, because Principal Applicant is paying OR i should write Bank's address?


please don't say it is simple form, i know it is simple, but...................obsession!

OH YEH 1 MORE THING,

i Read in this thread that one applicant got his application Rejected because the Payment form was not signed..... so i think we ONLY need to sign if we are paying through CC,
but i am paying through DD so i think there is no option to sign for DD payments.........am i right? or should i sign somewhere.....?

Do we know any instance where an application is returned due to date of photo taken was not printed /written on photograph

Do not worry for the rejection only because of this...
I have never heard of a rejection anywhere in this forum due to problem with photographs ( unless u forgot to attach the photographs).Chill man..good luck.

My IELTS has expired now and will have to re-take it. It would take some time to get the results also.

Buddy, this is unfortunate. But don't lose hope so soon. It ain't over till it is over. My guess also says that 2171 will remain open for some time so start working for sending a new package. Also would be good if you can review your forms, docs once again and look at possible areas which could have led to this. If you can arrange for IELTS and WES copies then you can apply before receiving your package back but the issue will be that you'll not be knowing what went wrong in the first application. So maybe you can wait for some days to receive the package and then send as all other docs would be ready anyways.

Dear I am so so sorry about that. ..you are truly brave to try and find the brighter side of this situation...but I personally truly believe that it's ALWAYS for the best. ..and you still have a chance to reapply caps are a lot higher this year. ..

Did you send an email inquiring about your app. ..or did CIC send this email on their own (usually they don't send emails for returned apps)

Very sorry about it. But please don't give up at this stage. try to put things together and re-apply. It would have been better if they told you in the mail why your application was not complete. But i'm sure if you look closer, you may be able to find out from personal review areas where you might have missed out something

Which city are you in?
Search for cities nearby where the earliest slot is available.
Otherwise try to approach British council/IDP personally to accommodate you in the earliest possible slot? If you get the exam slot within 2-3 weeks and after that 2 weeks wait for result so i think you can still make it.
