Guys tell me this ... if your CC is charged that means automatic you will get your PER email sooner or later so whats the worry about waiting for PER email ... although i am myself waiting for the PER email after my CC was charged on 17th Jun...

It is highly likely but not 100%. We had a case, I think his name was nargit, whose fee was charged and his ECAS showed In Process. Then one day his ECAS status disappeared and he came to know from his friend in Canada (whose address he was using) that his file was returned. The reason is not completely clear at this time because he is still getting the file back from the friend, but it has something to do with his job reference letters.

There were also a very small number of cases last year of applicants who were charged but whose files were returned.

Even though fee charging is a high likelihood of PER, everyone is afraid of being in that tiny minority. Myself included!

I am in the process of reviewing my application over and over again and I would like to make sure my JD fits the NOC code I am applying for. I have asked others (colleagues, friends, family) to gauge a percentage in which my JD matches that of the one from HRSDC and now I want to gather opinions from you guys in this thread. I also e-mailed HRSDC regarding this and I am awaiting their response.

What do you guys think? Do I hit the recommended 50-80% match? Will appreciate comments from @ Oscar7, @ future_canadian, @ Century, and other seniors or from anybody.

The only bullet point from the NOC I didn't see was something about the budget. And half of the one about selecting the nursing staff, though you have the rest of that bullet point in there. If you participated in selecting the more junior nurses or preparing/monitoring the budget for your unit, get something about that in there. But I'd say you're good to go.

The good thing about your NOC is that everyone knows what nurses do. The CIC staff probably don't understand what finance and IT people do. Makes those NOCs tougher to write letters for.

Nd i have submit my bc which doesn't have my name on it but i do submitted my sec school certificate along with...
Additionally i have send an affidavit as a proof of birth certificate which was received on 4 th july...

[size=9pt] I think a lot of reference letters won't have salary, as HR tends not to entertain such requests at times. I think you have done what best could be done in the circumstances! Rest is up to CIC.
