Responsibilities:
In charge of the financial operations and employees of the bank. Working hard to bring in new customers and boost the bank's profits. Managing and leading bank staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Achieve set targets in terms of portfolio of advances & deposits.
Accepting overall responsibility for the banking products like: personal loans, credit cards, unsecured loans and overdrafts.
Handling customer complaints in a positive manner and converting complaints into service improvement opportunities
Pro-actively analyzing and formulating patterns of customer's changing needs of financial services and recommending/suggesting ways to tackle those.
Coordinate with relevant departments for faster and efficient customer service.
Supervise the maintenance of adequate liquidity management (local &
foreign) for smooth branch operations
Maintain proper checkpoints in all compliance and regulatory requirements
Create and implement business strategy according to local social dynamics
Manage employee performance and other administrative issues of the Branch
Take initiative to identify human resource development need and provide proper training to all staffs
Take leadership role in implementing core human values that are practiced across the organization
