Hi,
What do you think about NOC 4131....
Will it be counted towards points for work experience?

No, you only need 1 year of continuous full-time experience in your primary NOC. You can get points under ANY NOC (even not an eligible one) that is at skill type 0 or skill level A or B.

Examples:

You have 1 year at 2171 and 9 years at 2173. You can apply under either (or both) NOCs and you will get 15 points for experience.

You have 5 years at 2171 and 5 years at 2173. Same.

You are crazy and you have 2 years each under 2171, 2173, 1112, 1114 and 4011. You are eligible to apply under all 5 NOCs and you will get 15 points for experience.

You have 9.5 years at 2171 and 0.5 years at 2173. You are only eligible to apply under 2171 but will still get 15 points for total experience.

Yes the very next part in the same section, "Proof of admission" for lawful admission into a country that is not his own

Right.

Don't you think, in this paragraph, "you" means principal applicant and not spouse or children?

In the whole document checklist, whenever something is required for spouse or children, it is clearly mentioned.

What will happened if;
X, indian, married to Y, an american citizen;
Y is not received 1 yr admission into India
X select New Delhi as VO.

Will the file be rejected?

Really confused.

Hi Guys,

I submitted my application NOC 2131, received on May 16th at CIC. I did not provide PCC with the application at that time, now I received PCCs from all required agencies and ready to submit. My question is: Should I wait till I get PER or can I send PCCs to CIC at the same address? Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.

Dear Nav, Last time there was a guy with a similar case like you very worried, in this forum itself (I am forgetting his name). I asked him to be patient, and you wouldn't believe he realized and accepted his shortcoming and the moment he did that within 30 minutes his CC was charged.

These are things that no one can satisfy you with his / her answers. You are still very much within the race, because race isn't over yet. May 7th will keep on getting charged entire next week, and some exception cases even beyond that. But if you remain a weak hearted guy no point in planning to go so far away to Canada, brother. I am not trying to act smart with you, just trying to encourage you to be a bit stronger bro!! :)

PS - Just remember his name - nandha

Yes dear ... I checked with my lawyer 2 days back they said they didnt't get any reply ...if CIC rejected my appln then they should have get the package this time....the prob for me is as I am residing in ME and I need to take a decision to move back to my home country..since my current firm is pressuring on it..and I need to take a decision... and that will depend on fsw outcome thts y I am so curious..and If I agreed to relocate then I have to in agreement for another 2 years...:)

We all want the best for you and your case. But even in tough times one has to stay strong. Good times, bad times. All times get over!!! :)

I was just about to tell the name.......

Remember--I was also doing the same to him.....:P

A bit surprising for that moment....:D
