Ok, I'm willing to bet that not more than 3 NOCs will fill by the end of FSW 2014 ;D
Not money, though, - just for fun.
At the end of the year, let's remember this message and see ;D
I have this confidence that applications sent by the tail end of this year will still meet the cap.
This is why I always feel comfortable encouraging applicants not to be depressed by the cap update at present....Demand will surely be high now and will drastically reduced in the 3rd quarter of the year.
No need to bet....not a sign of fear.
Cheers!

Brother,

Write - "NOT APPLICABLE" on the family name part of the generic form...

No need to write with pen.... :)

I would suggest to write other ways round. Write complete name in Surname/ last name field and type NA in given name field.
Reference from CIC website

What do you mean by surname?

Your surname is your family name. It is sometimes called your “last name.” If your name is spelled differently on your official documents, please write your name as shown in your passport. When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document or any letters you got from the visa office or case processing centre where you sent your application (even if the name is misspelled). Do not use initials.

If you do not have a surname on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field, write “not applicable” or “N/A” in the given name field.

Thanks

It is very clear that till 15th May CIC will receive huge application , becoz a lot of application was ready with ECA , IELTS and they applied within 05th/06th /07th May . One think most of the people were preparing for Express of Entry 2015 and did not expect that CIC will announce FSWP 2014 again . So after 15th of May CIC will get little application everyday . I think any hot NOC CAP will not reach before July , and maximum NOC will not CAP reach at all.

Pls. opinion

Susan

Super, Many thanks a lot for the quick response......I didn't think the "NA" Option :)

Also please clarify a question regarding the place of birth.

In my passport the place of birth is "Anna Nagar, Tamilnadu", whereas in the Birth certificate it is mentioned as "Goverment hospital, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu".
Here 1.Tamilnadu is the state in India,
2. Coimbatore is the city in Tamilnadu,
3. Anna nagar is an area in Coimbatore city.

So Anna nagar also falls under Coimbatore.

So, I should stick to my PP or Birth certificate in filling the place of birth in the application forms? or I should mention POB as " Anna nagar, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu" which is as per PP and BirthCertificate.

If I stick to PP, the officer will find a different place of birth in the birth certificate (eventhough it is within the same city)which will lead to a problem.

Looking forward for your response please.....

My application reached on 10th june 2014.
Any body from the appicants who sent an additional package to support initial one and any success or failure please report. thanks all in advance.
I have a friend who is not sure if he has included the page three of schedule 3 form....he sent it as an additional document with his UCI.
He's part of the famous 7th may applicants yet to get response back.
2 ways....if he's application is negative,it only confirms the fact that the page was not included and his additional document was dis-regarded.
.............if his application is positive,we can't be too sure as he himself is not even sure if the page in question was indeed missed out in his original application which means we can not rely on the positive nature of his application as a prove that additional documents are been considered.
Cheers.

Sir

Correct answer is;

Coimbatore , Tamilnadu- India

Providing incomplete information delays cases in extensive correspondence and back ground checks

Stay Blessed

My ecas is now "In process" 1. We have received your application on May 7. PER not yet received. I just use my previous filing number to check my ecas since this is our 2nd attempt (2006 applicant). ;D

I don't know when my DD was charged. :)

It will not lead to any problem as its a common practice.
All you need to do is include a short cover letter to explain the interelationship between Anna Neggar which is an area in Coimbatore which in itself is a city in Tamilnadu.
Cheers.

My earlier post only presented "logic" that a second smaller package will raise a flag immediately. I or anyone else doesn't know what CIC's policy is regarding multiple packages sent by an applicant. Considering they receive lakhs of packages I wouldn't be surprised if their internal policy is to NOT entertain requests for multiple packages. Because if they accept such requests for one person then ideally they should do it for all. And going by that logic if they allow adding the second package and if someone remembers something else later he / she should send a third package for something that was not covered in the original first as well as the second package (e.g. let's say almost suddenly the CC got lost, and now fee payment form needs updating even after sending the second package). The question then arises how many packages to accept per application. As kollins and several other members suggest the safest option is to send a new complete application, but you anyway have an extra WES original copy so if you'd like just try sending that separately as well requesting to add to your original application. That might come in handy in a situation when the new application you are about to send gets back because of full cap and CIC somehow takes in to account this original WES report that you have sent to be added to your earlier application sent without the original WES.

Mu guess is ashif, Century and other members might suggest the same. Good luck, mate!!! :)

I totally understand what everybody has suggested and i think i will drop an email to CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca about the situation and ask their reply and in the mean time i will try get another copy of ECA and IELTS.

Currently the problem is I have only one WES original which i got from WES in 2013 and i can do only one thing either send second additional package only with WES Original Report or prepare a new set and send it to CIC.
So i am going to get the IELTS and send new package for now. Once i get another ECA i will try send the Addional package lets test the CIC process whether they do consider the additional package or not.

Thank you all for your support and time.

Hi,

In "liabilities" section i did not write "0" or "NIL" ,i just kept it blank.I was not aware that i need to write it with pen.

As i dont have any liabilities i missed it.

Is it any major mistake? My courier is on the way now in NY ,USA.

for example it was like
Asset : 15000 CAD
liabilities :
Settlement funds: 15000 CAD.

regards
