Well, two months have passed already, and according to the statistics, number of daily applications decreases.
It has been almost steadily decreasing in FSW 2013 as well, even though that time there were much more unexpected changes, including new ECA rules.
So I believe everything should be fine

Its a google bug/restriction....

When there is over 50 simultaneous user, this spreadsheet turns into HTML view instead an excel....

And thus ur desired freezing option move away....

But when the user is below 50, u can see what u want....

Apart from other valuable suggestions, you may consider asking ur uncle to KEEP THE CREDIT CARD UNBLOCKED BUT GET ITs LIMIT RESTRICTED TO UR APPLICATION AMOUNT.

charging for 8th May is around the corner (may start from next week and continue for 2-3 weeks). If someone misuses his card, u can pay him for that amount as well.

That's the additional cost you have to bear!!!

I chose Credit Card of my uncle who is residing in CANADA as fee payment method. But he just lost his credit card. Consequently, he informed his bank and they stopped the card. My apk was received by CIC on 08 May, 2014. Haven't yet received any message. What to do?

In the worst case, maybe up to 3 hottest NOCs could reach it at the end of the year, but as for me it looks unlikely, given the current trends and estimates. CIC caps are really generous this year ;D

I am pretty confident that 2174/1112 will cross 500 mark (each)... i believe atleast 10-12 NOCs will fill by dec end as lot of applicants are yet to file application.

I may not have verifiable figures to show as evidence,I'm optimistic that all hot NOCs will slow down in application received by the time they individually hit 800 caps mark against expectations that they will quickly filled up.
An overall mark of about 15,000 to 17,000 received application by CIC is my expectation.
It's never over until finally over.........prospective and intending applicants.........continue preparation......you are gonna make it.

A quick question regarding "IMM0008ENU_2D Generic Application form" please.

In my son's passport the family name is left blank, whereas the given name is included with my name - Manoj Suresh. Suresh is my name(Father's) and Manoj is my son's name(First and full name). The IMM0008ENU_2D is not allowing me to validate without the family name. Shall I fill the entire form in hand ? but the barcode will not be generated in this case. Or by any chance can I partially validate the
form and write my son's part in hand?
Please advice..

Write - "NOT APPLICABLE" on the family name part of the generic form...

No need to write with pen....
