Get them passports!!!

Well, if they don't have passports, what abt their degrees or any other document, which shows name is given/last name format. If its not mentioned, you can use normal practice in your country. If u r from Pakistan, following break-up will be used by default by NADRA/Passport office

Given Name: Muhammad Nazir Last Name: Siddiqui
Given Name: Khairul Last Name:Nisa

However, MAKE SURE THAT ONCE THEY APPLY FOR PASSPORT TO VISIT U, SAME FORMAT IS USED.

I am having problem with Family name and Given Name of my father and mother in law (as they don't have passport)...
Father in Law name : Muhammad Nazir Siddiqui
Mother in Law Name : KhairulNisa

Which is family name and which one is given name (any idea)
Kindly guide

I have just checked my application status on the CIC website using the UC number I had before, and it showed my status as IN PROCESS.

Does that mean I will get a PER mail soon? Can I say that I am through to the next step?

Hello all,

I have a question. I saw the latest update of cap status. For NOC it shows application numbers as "23" only. This number is the applications those have been processed by CIC or the total number they have received..?
Because for 2132, I see more than 80 applicants who have sent their file to CIC in this forum (spread sheet) only.

Comments please..!!!!!

Hi Friends,

My bank informed me that my DD has been encashed on 27th June.

NOC:2174, DOR: 7th May 10:19AM, 2174.
DD was from HDFC Bank with no expiry date.

Problems in File: Till date found no issues in forms. Did not tick yes in 6.d (background form) although I am 2013 cap return candidate.
in POF: Shown PPF(50%), KVP, NSC and Statement. Was worried because I sent one KVP shared with my Dad but in fact POF were sufficient without that too.

Ecas shows nothing yet. Expecting PER soon.. ;D.

You used lot of jargons can you please explain... and anybody got POF for PPF account with SBI do they have a format for the same.

I have provided a POF for 15kCAd since iam sending the application fresh i want to include the PPF account amount and i have some mutual funds how to go about them.
Also i have two cars on my name how to valuate them any ideas and some piece of agricultural land so how to evaluate it?
Please help thanks

Congrats!...your POF is enough evidence without your shared KVP with your Dad.

If you get PERS...you are already part of the 1,000 cap for your NOC
After PERS and Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR),you can add your wife and even baby(lolz).
Your spouse is not expected to write IELTS exam after you have gotten PERS/AOR....you only need your legally married spouse to give you additional 5 points before you submit your application package......and since you have already submitted ...and post PERS,spouse's IELTS is a waste and will not be needed at that stage.
PR differs for different visa office.....it takes average of 6 months to 18months.
