Hi Guys,

I am new here, well have been following this post for quite some time but first time posting. I hope you will help me as well...

Currently I am about to apply for NOC 2171 meaning my "Lawyer" will be shipping it soon to CIC. To be on the safe side lets say the application will reach the CIC (I am including multiple transit times) on 9th of July. Do you think I have a chance before CAP is reached for NOC 2171?

Secondly I am a resident of Qatar and citizen of Pakistan. Both of them have London as a processing center. Here is my question, I will be moving to USA in early Sep 2014. Can I choose the CPC-O as my processing center? Since I have already been issued a F1 visa. The CIC on their website state the following:

find your country of nationality or country/territory where you have been legally admitted for one year.

Does it mean that I have to by physically present in the US b4 this could be applied or since I do have a f1 student visa, that can satisfy the residence requirement? Technically I have a US "Residence Permit" meaning I can technically reside legally in the US for more than one year. Pls suggest.

It is very strange that nobody from NOC 1123 has received PER or got the fee charged......

Any comments or should i assume marketeers are not updating the sheet??????

Its not very strange in actual. Mate, if you go through the spreadsheet thoroughly you will find that the first application of 1123 received on 8th May. And still we are seeing 7th may deductions. Then how come the question of PER.

I am also a marketeer and new to this forum. Will update the data soon.

My Friends DD has been charged on 23rd June and just now we got to know. His timeline is below

Noc: 0111, Doc Received Date: 06-May-2014, DD Charged Date: 23-June-2014, VO: SG, PER: Not Yet Received

Dear Friends I a query relating to Police Certificate . My wife's ID and passport has residence of a different where she used to live prior to marriage. But for the last one year she has been living in the same city as mine. Do I need to obtain Police Certificate for her original city or will the Police Certificate that I will obtain from my city for both of us be fine ..

Pls assist

Police Certificates are Country specific, and Cities in this case does not matter.

Just obtain PCC from your country and any other country where you have lived for more than six months.
