Is there anybody who got their PCC from UK. Please help me with the procedure. Currently I am not in UK.

Kollins...This is not true...VO may any time ask for POF during processing of your application...

Either you are misunderstanding my comments or you are interpreting it to suit your nerves.
You need to check the applicant's question and correlate it with my response.
He or she wants to know if he can show the evidence now or later and my response says he must show it now rather than later.
If he doesn't includes the evidences for his POF now,his application will surely be returned....denied.....rejected at this stage.
And yes........an update of the POF can be asked later by the local visa office...........ONLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN IT BEFORE.
You will never get an opportunity to present it at your local visa offices if you have not previously shown it at the application stage.

Dear Kollins I am a bit confused about one infromation on the Document checklist .
Its point 8, Proof of Admission (if applicable) .. Does it apply to me as I am an applicant from Pakistan and my visa office would be London I guess ..
Kindly guide

My reference letter is intact with th job roles as per my NOC and have a masters degree which is evaluated. .. is it mandatory to have educational requirements as mentioned in www5. Hrsdc.gc.ca website..??

As per spreadsheet 'estimated date by which you should file your application to be in the cap' for 2174 is 5th Aug. Is this estimate still okay? or the estimate has not been updated since long time???????

Hi Manchester,
I'm the author of this estimate.
bitingbugz has used a rather precise word for it - it's more a speculation, - but it's backed up by observational data as much as possible. This estimate is updated automatically based on the current spreadsheet data, so yes, it's still up-to-date.

Moreover, it does not yet take into account the fact that number of daily applications decreases over time, so the real safe-to-file date for this NOC should be even further than 5th of August. I'll update the estimate soon to reflect this fact more accurately.

So again - I really feel responsible for such estimate to be as precise as possible, and I'm willing to answer anyone's questions why the calculations are done in this particular way, BUT it should not be taken as a guidance for serious decisions, because there's noise in the data.

I have one query. We have applied for FSW category in 2009. My wife was primary applicant. At that time we were sort of 1 point as my wife was not able to achieve desire score in IELTS. Hence our file was refused. I am going to attach the letter along with my application this time.

Does that make any impact on my file? I hope not but i would like to make sure.
One more question, My WES report is already departed from Canada on 16th of June but i haven't received yet.
How long does it take to reach India?

Need your expert advise.

1. It will not impact ur file for sure...So just relax and dont worry for that.....

2. If u have chosen the Intl. express courier then it wil be reached within 6-7 days.....

It does not matter what you believe. Just believe in your eyes what happend to A-cheng (row 15 of the spreadsheet) when he "stapled forms per form title and some docs but not everything and did not staple to bind it all together.".
