To admins of this thread/spreadsheet,

Can we please remove entries from spreadsheet that fall under the 2013 quota. There are two that I can see that reached CIC on 4/30. Although it's nice to know that the processing of these applications have been superfast, I think it screws with the timeline and data for the 2014 candidates.

Request you all to post below details. This will help us find out when can we expect our cc charge

1) Received Time
2) first 3 or 4 digit UCI number
3) CC/DD charged or not
4) CC/DD charged date (if applicable)

Hi,

What is Timeline for FSW 2014. I mean how much time it will take to get PER after Apply. I have sent application on 31-MAY-2014 under 2174

you want to know for May 31st..? CIC is still in love with 7th May applicants.. :-* and no idea how long they will continue this affair.. :P

How you guys will be able to determine charging through UCI. In my opinion, the trend is only because of the fact that UCI numbers are not random, they are sequential. Therefore, for every new applicant a UCI number is generated and then if application is complete CC/DD is charged. Quite possible that most of the applicant in FSW 13 had no previous UCI, thus the UCI assigned to them is in a sequence.

or am i missing something?

if you see spreadsheet, we are trying to collect the UCI numbers, as per 2013 spreadsheet data we see there is trend that applications are charge in the order of UCI numbers. so if we have Uci number of applicants who are already charge we will get some idea how much time will it take to charge our application.

we see a trend that applications received on same date are first given UCI numbers and then processed as per UCI numbers.
dimtry(one of the admin ) took pains to search in 2013 thread and found that UCI number have co-relation with the order in which applications are processed.

Lets collect 3-4 digits of uci to help us understand if this trend is for real..

I have sent a dd made from jpmorgan bank through axis bank on 6th june. My appl reached cic on 16th june. I not sure what will be the validity of this dd. If it is 3 months are there chances that my app will be charged upto 6 sep.

I agree. They must give out UCI numbers sequentially AS they process your application for initial review. And besides, one will already have received PER to be able to know the UCI number, so I just don't see the point in collecting UCI # for anything.

processing = assignment of UCI numbers = first come first serve

So of course, there would be a correlation!
