Hello Friends,

I am new to this forum and I have below query regarding my eligibility to apply for PR under Federal Skilled Worker program. Below is my profile can you please suggest if i am eligible or not to apply:

2004 - 2008 (4 years)- B.Tech in biotechnology
2008 - 2011 (33 months to be precise) - Application developer in a software company
2011 - 2012 (11 Months to be precise)- Post Graduate Program in Management (Finance)
2012 - present (25 months as on date)- Working in a private sector bank as a Deputy Manager in credit department. My duties (not all but some) fall in line with "Other Financial Managers" occupation
IELTS score - L-9, R-7, S-7.5, W - 6.5, overall - 7.5

Can you please suggest if i can apply under FSW as my bachelor's degree is not relevant to my Job experience but my banking experience is relevant to the Post graduate program I did in Finance.

Regards,
Deep

I am single applicant, unmarried!
I am filling the forms, can someone please tell what to do of boxes in checklist which are not applicable to me.??
Those which are not applicable are :
3) additional dependant
7) use of reprensentative
8 ) proof pf admission
10) letter of attestation phd....
11) arrange empl
14) proof of relation in canada
17) children information
20) note for credit cards. (As i will pay by dd) !!

Please suggest me is this all correct, which are not applicable to me and also tell what to do of blank boxes, should i write by hand not applicable with black pen or what to do ??

Rest seems fine. But even if paying by DD, you need to fill Fee Payment Form.

Regards

Those sections themselves say that check (or submit) if applicable. As long as it is not applicable you can leave it blank, or if you so wish, write N/A after printing. Stick to Black or Blue pens, don't get too fancy with glitter. :)

Rest everything looks fine. Even if you are paying with DD, you must fill 20, Fee Payment Form.

Regards

You are definitely qualified. The educational credential doesn't 'have to' relate to your primary occupation for immigration purpose. (Only needed for better job prospects, which you seem to have no problem with in future).

So, go ahead and apply.

You mean the check box for the receipt from the mission. Yes, you don't if you are not doing that.

BROTHER,

MY JOB DESIGNATION IS NOT SIMILAR WITH ANY NOC BUT WORK DUTIES ARE VERY COMMON WITH 3-4 NOC, SO WHEN I WILL FILL UP MY FORM SHOULD I CHANGE MY DESIGNATION AS PER NOC?

Consensus in this forum is that designation doesn't matter, as long as job duties match. So, don't go into something crazy like changing designation just for this application. Apply with the current one.

Brother... No I haven't heard anything back from WES, why they did not do my ACCA evaluation...

then I realized that ACCA and CGA have got MRA, and the process of becoming a member of CGA is quite straight forward so then I did not chase the same from WES...
Brother, WES evaluated my ACCA as equivalent to 3 year Canadian degree and My Oxford brookes degree as equivalent to 4 years Canadian degree.
Yes, ACCA has mutual agreement with CGA here ACCA members can apply for CGA membership after doing some online test on Canadian law and tax. However, if you want to benefit from this agreement do it faster as there is a possible merger between CGA and CMA canada with both qualifications title CPA. So if u get CGA designation now, you will automatically become CPA. So the benefit of ACCA members may change with the merger.

What to do of ques 7 of generic form.
Have you received from certificat de selection du quebec(csq)?

The guide says..

Be complete and accurate

Complete all sections. If a section does not apply to you, write “Not Applicable” or “NA”. If your application is incomplete it may be returned to you and this will delay the processing of your application.

This is related to question 6. Do you intend to stay in Quebec?
If you choose other place than Quebec, it will automatically grey out. You do not need to fill in anything..

Dear Nova Scotia applicant,

Will you please be kind to let me know when you applied for Nova Scotia? Was it for Regional Labour Market Demand and if yes, when did you hear back from them?

Hi fellows....

I have applied under category 2281 this year. I would like to know whether there is a method to change mode of payment once the application has been made. My application reached CIC on june 5,2014.

It is very important for me ,if i will be able to change payment method...it will be hugely beneficial for me. Please revert guyz if anyone knows anything that I can possibly do.

Thanks
