My WES report rates my Masters degree as Canadian Equivalent Masters Degree, but has incorrectly wrote my program length as 1 year instead of correct 2 years.

However, graduation date is correct.

Will there be any problem at CIC?

a. Statuary Declaration of Common Law Union <- this is for common-law relationship.
b. Declaration of Non- Accompanying Parent / Guardian for minor immigrating to canada
c. Additional Dependent / Declaration form

Can somebody reconfirm if this is OK or not..?

for the documents translated to English, do i need to get it stamped from the canadian embassy before filing my application?or just from the certified translator.

My application was received by CIC office canada on 28th may 2014.

my query is that i have mentioned CC as payment method. and since my Credit card is new , its max limit is 50,000 rs. i applied for limit enhancement and bank is delaying the process.
will my application be rejected if CC is not able to get charged?

In the checklist its mentioned to include 2 self-addressed mailing labels
• one in English or French and
• one in the official language of your country of residence

The official language label should be in Hindi or English for Indian applicants?

I also have some doubts for translated documents.. Is there something called certified translator..? If yes, certified by who??

If i go to an English teacher who knows both languages, can he translate the documents and give affidavit??

From my reading of the official web materials, i feel that this should be possible.

Can any expert give his opinion..?

I don't think such a thing has ever happened. Somebody has given his gyaan, since the forum has become free flow for all your wild imaginations.

Either CIO accepts your Additional documents (with Original submission, if they are able to trace ).. WITHOUT any change in your submission date OR they will return your Additional documents stating could not find your records.

Pls remember: your Application package, Gen Appln form, photos cover etc.. are all date stamped "CIO Mailroom" with the receiving date. So, that date is locked for all further processing/ assessment purposes.

I would appreciate if members share their experience themselves.. rather than others quoting somebody without knowing full context. Certain Applicants situation may be unique and we can't generalise that CIC will do the same treatment for all.=

I JUST RECEIVED AN SMS ON MY PHONE FOR A CHARGE OF 1,571.29 US DOLLARS, VISA, CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION
I ALREADY SENT IN A NEW APPLICATION THAT IS YET TO ARRIVE. THINKING I SHOULD CALL BACK THE PARCEL
REMEMBER I FORGOT TO ADD MY TRAVEL FORM AND TRANSCRIPTS.

Thanks to everyone for the congratulations!! Many more congratulations on the way. i think CIC is treating May 22nd/23rd Applicants becuase the additional documents I sent reached May 22nd. I guess the pulled out the first application and added it to the new one and left me on the May 22nd queue. As i understand, it may get rejected b'se of this issue..

Advice i got from others is to make upfront payment in your account which is more than the transaction limit.. Then they can charge your CC.. However, i have not tested this personally.. i advice you to talk to bank if this is possible.

I have applied for 2174 via payment mode DD. My application reached CIC on 9th May14. I have seen that spread sheet is still on 5th May and larger number of application received in second week (5th MAy to 9th May).
What are probable chances of getting PER for application of 9th may?

NOC 2173 reaching 1st August to Sydney, will it be a good idea??

I want to delete my entry from fswp2014 spreadsheet, as due to wrong advice from my consultant
I am just getting 21 points instead of 22.. My Wes is complete..
IELTS only date available is 10july in India.. So there is no use for this year.. My noc is 2173..

I think you should atleast give the IELTS exam .
The score is valid for 2 years and by the time you will get your scorecard . CIC might publish one list of applications accepted (complete) which will help you to decide

What is the application fee? 550CAD or 1100CAD?

If it is 1100CAD or more, make an upfront payment of say 50K which would increase your limit to 1L. You should be safe then.

PS - I have tried this personally on other occasions. Don't see this situation any differently.
