yes there are certified translators in kuwait and after they translate the documents, we got them certified by the ministry of justice and foreign affairs (i think this is equivalent to affidavit here) but i was just told that i might need to get the stamp of canadian embassy on it.GMS said:I also have some doubts for translated documents.. If i go to an English teacher who knows both languages, can he translate the documents and give affidavit??
From my reading of the official web materials, i feel that this should be possible.
