What do i have to mention in Balance Certificate? Does it need to be addressed to CIC or CIO or i just can have the heading "To whom it may concern" . kindly suggest

Either way will be fine...no penalty and no guideline.
Just get the bank certificate...that is what matters!

That is a dumb question to ask. There is no astrologer sitting here that can tell you the chances of getting PER. Wait and watch until your turn comes up and you will know in due time.

Dumb questions deserve a similar answer. Sorry if you are offended (not trying to offend you though), but I am speaking the truth.

On questions like these, another dumb person will come forward and answer based on pure speculation (and his/ her imagination), and then three others will pop-up and say he/ she is wrong. So why ask such irresponsible questions in the first place to create further confusions.

If you have to get the PER you will, if not then you won't. That is how it will be for all of us, whether we like it or not. Peace!

His wife does not fall into the category of people that was instructed.
Realistically,you are not related to her....it was your brother that that married her.
She will only get positive consideration based on the fact that she's married to your brother.
Summarily,don't mention her name because you are not related.

I have one question, my credit card has been charged on 2nd of June and I'm still waiting to receive the PER. My question is I have not submitted the police certificate with my application, When and to whom should I send the police certificates??

Your local visa office that you indicated in your generic form will request it from you later...you don't need to send it....it will surely be requested.

what is the aprox time between CC charged and PER/NER?
if its NER, the time duration is same as well? and what is the criteria to be its an NER after cc got charged?

I shared what I thought the question warranted. Yesterday too I saw too many people quarrelling in the forum because someone was giving speculative answers saying NOC 1112 and 2174 are exhausted already, and others were getting pissed because of that. If you think the guy's ask is genuine please go ahead and help answer his/ her query. I certainly didn't hold you or others back. Now did I?
