Dear Bother,

1. Need to know ur Primary NOC code for which u want to apply, if u dont want to apply/claim points with this NOC then u can proceed with the mentioned documents.

2. U will need to provide original proof of English language....If u have not rcvd the earlier applied one then u can attach a cover letter with the copies of that docs..

3. U will have to submit original PCC again..either now or on later stage of the application....

Hi, query on provident fund balance.

I have submitted the Provident fund balance that gets deducted from my salary every month, as the proof of funds.

Is there a challenge with the same. Please help, I am now very concerned after reading some comments on PF here.

If ur NOC is 1224 then u will need the work letter according to below link (which is very much important):

try to gather this letter otherwise u can submit self affidavit letter for ur job duties....

Many of the FSW14 applicants are on the same boat...CIC will not reject atleast for this issue brother ...

What I understand frm the question is if you were refused....if u dnt score 67 points means u dnt qualify.....however I will not say that u were refused visa/entry etc as mentioned in point 6

Right brother....Many applicants are not convinced that its a refusal case for not being on the CAP for earlier openings...

Has anyone here done their ECA with ICAS? Do they always take 8 weeks?

Their website says it takes 6-8weeks. As per my ECA status, complete documents received on 5th May. Do I have to wait until 5th July?

I second that.. Probably a case of ineligibility rather than refusal..

Although email and web address are required field...

In my sense, atleast u can apply ...since u dont have any other option....CIC may accept this....

Just try for a hit brother...

This is what my opinion...

U have nothing to loose rather the courier fee...

And In canada Courier fee is not that much (using Canada post)...
